I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years I had a auto loan with them and never missed a payment. After I payed off my car loan I applied for another auto loan to get a car for my son’s mother. I was denied because I didn’t want to put her on as a cosigner. Its a shame how they don’t trust their customers like I was going to take the car to a chop shop, sell it and move off the grid smh. I’ll be closing my other account and doing business elsewhere. Bank with company where loyalty matters because it doesn’t here.
Very impressive with the customer service at this branch, I was looking to open a checking account on all locally banks in Lewisville and DATCU was the best.
