The waiting area seating is comfortable, They provided a car for me to borrow as well. Pricing was much better than the dealer. We highly recommend Davenport Motor Company!

I have such great things to say about Davenport Motor Company in Colleyville. They are responsive, friendly and timely! I trust them with all of my car services, as I know they have the expertise and the credibility to do it right. They explain things in a way that "non-car savvy" people can understand and they will not suggest or perform services if the car does not need it. Kudos to Daniel for dropping me off and picking me up from work while my car was getting serviced!

Terrible customer service and no more affordable than the dealer. I have taken my Lexus and Toyotas to Davenport in Colleyville for years. My experience with Davenport was always positive with Randy handling affairs. They have had a personal change and sure enough, I got the run around on my first needed visit with these folks. I will not be back. I was charged $145…an entire hour of labor to diagnose a suspension *squeak*. Did I mention my car sat there for three days to get a a minor electrical issue fixed with my turn signals (This repair took ONE hour as well). Three days for a one hour repair. Back to the squeak; after charging me $145 to find where the squeak was coming from, they couldn’t even bother to squirt some lube to stop the noise. I spoke with Daniel Davenport, one of the owners about this and was told I’d receive a call back from him once he looked into it. I have called him back TWICE since then with no response. Being ignored and wasting money are two things I do not appreciate.

Davenport in Colleyville never disappoints. The service is outstanding. Their work is exemplary. We have used this location for many years. It is a pleasure to take our vehicle to them. Davenport has done a terrific job taking care of my older low mileage Lexus. If you want Lexus quality service at a reasonable price, then I highly recommend this shop!

I was treated so well, the job on the car was great, they offered a ride to/from home, and I even got a free digital inspection and car wash. The car looked better than when I gave it to them. Jerry was my advisor and did an excellent job of keeping me updated and explained items I needed completed now and what would be needed in the future. Davenport is the best place to take your Toyota or lexus. We have a 2003 Toyota sequoia with multiple warning lights that had come.on. They are a very honest shop and very reasonable. Just dropped off our lexus for 75000 mile service.
