David Lahav Vedic Meditation Austin reviews
5David has been a fantastic teacher in Vedic meditation. His calm and understanding approach to each of his students makes it a very personalized experience when entering the world of meditation. I am now at one month of practicing Vedic meditation and the effects have been priceless. I highly recommend David and practicing Vedic meditation whether you’re the benefits you’re looking for are physical, mental or both!
It has been one month since being certified in Vedic meditation with David. My fiancé and I have already begun to reap the tremendous benefits from practicing. Dedicating time to this space is so important in helping process stress with more ease. I highly recommend utilizing David’s leadership in guiding your journey. He is patient, thoughtful and a strong teacher. I am very grateful for his role in my integration to meditation.
My husband and I both took David’s course in Austin recently after talking about exploring meditation for several months but not really sure how to start. My good friend had spoken so highly of how Vedic meditation had helped transform her life so we figured it was with a shot. With two small children, working full-time, etc, we were both feeling overwhelmed with daily stress and in desperate need of some form of self-care. David’s teaching was enlightening and has already helped us immensely. He explained things in a way that really helped make sense of the practice and all the reasoning behind it. I’m so glad we chose to prioritize our mental health this way so I can be a better parent and partner too.
I was fortunate to meet David while on a meditation retreat in India with my guru Thom Knoles. David was such a kind, wise and encouraging presence throughout the retreat in his role as part of Thom’s support team. I was thrilled when I learned David was moving to Austin so that others could learn from him. My daughter and soon- to-be son in law took his course recently and have been transformed already by this marvelous practice. I’ve been moved by David’s natural ability to touch those around him with his wisdom and calm style of teaching. I highly recommend David to teach anyone who desires to learn Vedic meditation and am pleased to consider him a guru for me as well!
