We had to replace our bumper cover on our F-150. Purchased part from the parts department. It wouldn't clip in right, so we took it to the service department. The tech could not get it to fit in, either. My husband called the Collision Center and spoke to Onza. From the first call, to us taking it in, to the tech (can't remember his name) playing around with it to get it on, was all around above and beyond. Onza kept us updated every few minutes while we waited. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Would highly recommend them to anyone! The collision repair at David McDavid ford is amazing. Ozzy and Onza went above and beyond to help me out when they had no reason to. I was in a tight spot and needed my truck for work and they made it happen. They are great people. Highly recommend.

McDavid Collision was timely and communication was upfront — my experience with them was excellent, indeed!

Communication & customer service is not a priority at this shop. They will continually lie to you about the status of your vehicle & even though it’s a small office no one seems to know anything except for the estimator working on your vehicle. But don’t expect to talk to them, the best you’ll ever get is ambiguous answers from the apathetic front desk girl. They broke the safety latch on my hood, blamed the manufacturer (Ford), I had to fight to get them to cover the rental & they lied about putting a rush on my hood & making the repairs on my vehicle a priority (even though they were the ones who caused the damages). This experience has convinced me to NEVER use David McDavid ever again (even buying) due to their complete lack of professionalism & communication.

Onza Uptmore is very professional and efficient. The thing I appreciated the most about her is that she kept me informed throughout the entire experience. This relieved all of my worries.

Communication is NOT on the list of priorities. Rather than picking up the phone and speaking to me, they'd leave me on hold for 17 minutes and send me a text instead. I wrecked my car 1000 miles away from home, while on vacation. I understand that it's difficult sometimes to give an estimated date that the car will be ready, but, to leave me hanging.knowing we have to fly in to pick it up.just absolutely refused to try. When they finally told me it was finished, we flew in and picked up our car.only to see that it's COVERED with hail damage (approx 35 hail dings), I spoke with Kallie she told me that they don't cover that, they had no control over that. I left my car with them, with only good expectations, I also know that companies such as this have insurance. I am so disappointed and disgusted. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My husband and I used their collision center twice. I know these things take a while and be patient but I was very pleased with the results. After a certain local Ford dealership couldn't match my white body paint correctly (no pink), DMD collision center matches it perfectly. So they fixed the other dealership debacle. My husband took his F150 aluminumr truck after a collision and was very pleased with the results.

An accident occurred destroying the front end of our truck. Great company to work with. They did a superior job getting our vehicle back on the road and it ran great all the way home to Michigan from Texas.

I am so pleased with the work Mc David Ford Collision Shop did on my 20 year old car. It's perfect now.

Great service! They kept in contact and gave updates regularly and it made the process so easy. Customer service was amazing and they were so kind and helpful.

Paint matched perfectly and vehicle delivered on time. It looked so good, a neighbor thought I’d bought a new vehicle.

They did excellent work and had my car back to me as scheduled! And was consistently communicating with me through the process! Onza was great!

Lazy body shop doesn’t want to work on a brand new truck because then “it would be on them to fix it” whatever that means. I get the vague impression that they’re saying that they would have to pay out of pocket for the warranty issue but firstly that’s not how that stuff works from my understanding, and secondly it’s a small place in the paint that can be buffed out on a brand new truck that was sold with the understanding that a ford dealership can fix it. The cost to fix is not great. The specific dealership that sold it doesn’t have a body shop so they said to take it to any dealership that does? McDavid ford only wants a relationship with folks that buy from them, tough luck for us. That’s fine, this just proves we were right not to buy from them to begin with!

The only need the painting and they matched my my vehicle perfectly with the paint that was already on the vehicle.
