21Greeting by Shoaib, a warm gentleman for a new car shopping. Our friend, Adel referred us to him by having a great experience. From test drive, price negotiation, paperwork and go over the features of the new vehicle, it was spotless. Not much of waiting or back and forth, we felt respect with hospitality! Shoaib is a true asset, a very well knowledgeable expert. A great sales person like Shoaib is setting a high example, will refer and purchase again just because of him.

Very happy with our experience at David McDavid Honda of Frisco. It was Stress Free, and "ZIA ZAIDI" (our salesman) he was fantastic. I expressed all my needs and concerns, he was patient and well educated on the vehicle I was beyond impressed, thank you so much for your help I had a tremendous experience, we would highly recommend him and this dealership to others. My salesperson was James Brown and my Finance person was Tebo. It was the best experience I have had buying a car ever, and for a person in there 70s, I have bought more than a few.
Both James and Tebo were professional, but also so friendly and I enjoyed working with both of them. So efficient and even when I changed my mind and asked questions, James never lost patience or got irritated.
Even Jackie who answered my phone call to get the correct spelling of Tebo’s name was happy to help me and when we hung up, told me to enjoy my new car!

I pulled in without an appointment, and the guy that ended up being my sales guy happened to be getting out of the very vehicle that I ended up purchasing. It was my color and everything! It was fate I tell you! Denton was the salesperson who helped me. Very nice guy. Reminded me of one of my boys.
Forgot to bring a coupon, adviser mike let me calling home to get image transferred which saved me a trip back.
I always get my car serviced here. Make sure you will have to wait for few hours even with a prior appointment. I had appointment but still somehow they messed up and delayed my work. But later apologized for it and compensated for 50% off on next service. I would say, if it's just oil change or tire rotation then go to any local workshop.

Very unhelpful and wasn't even acknowledgedwhen I walked in! Just moved from California where I had leased a Honda. I needed to have a paper notarized from Honda Financial for tax purposes. This Honda dealership would not notarize my paper if I didn't do business with them. Looks like we won't be doing business with them. I called the dealership in Lewisville and Kevin was very helpful and without a doubt said no problem. I know where I will be taking my business.

Charles in sales is a terrible a person to talk to. He does not let people finish, cuts off. When we call to have Honda check our information, he does not even look who we are, what our account is and gives general answers. Terrible service. Do not buy car from this dealership.

All I can guy is go in and ask for CARL SCOTT. If you want a salesman who cares and is genuine towards you and isn't there to just make a sale to collect his commission, he is your guy. He will literally work with you if you have good, bad, or no credit he will find a car that you are satisfied with. The man will take care of you no matter the situation. Best car buying experience EVER!
I bought a car here last year and paid over 2,000 for an extended warranty. My car started overheating this year and the a/c fails I'm 50 miles over the warranty but a whole year before it expires and they will do nothing. Don't buy a car here. I know I never will again.
After purchasing a maintenamce contract we bring our car in for service because it was prepaid. Even with an appointment just for oil change and tire rotation it's 2-3 hours. I wouldn't have prepaid had I know this up front.
I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1pm. When I arrived they told me the work would not be completed until 5pm. They told me there "is nothing wrong with making an appointment" they are just busy. They offered to shuttle me to the mall while I waited. I don't need to go to the mall on a Saturday for 4 hours. No thanks. I'll have to reschedule for a 3rd time.
Great staff. Made appointment when they are typically slow. Everything went smooth start to finish. Scheduled oil change and rotate literally took 45mins start to finish. Technicians are hustling. Never had better experience at a dealership.
Ed Noger. Remember that name. Ed is an incredibly knowledgeable and honest guy. I worked with him on some pricing issues with dealers in San Antonio and he did an absolutely outstanding job.
One of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever made. James is incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend asking for him.
