Worst dealership ever I drove over 6 hours to purchase a vehicle here back in December 28,2020 we are march 26,2021 today and still haven’t received license plates. I call and they give me the run around telling me I’ll get a call back by one of the sales men which is a lie! QUICK TO SALE BUT NOT TO HELP PEOPLE OUT AFTER! It’s annoying for me having to go through this.

Make sure you read the fine print: they don’t show the Nissan warranty cost in their prices online, and Billy will try to pressure you into paying a price that is higher than what they post online.

That being said, Tony did an amazing job as my sales rep and was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, knowledgeable and got me in/out in hours with the best deal available anywhere in the US. Thanks, Tony!

If I could rate this 20 stars I could, I spoke with Brandon about one vehicle and him and J worked hard to put me in something so much better to my likings. I love it! They worked with me with what I had.

Overall, 3.5 out of 5. I'm mostly pleased with the used car I purchased, other than a lingering smell of smoke I was assured would be mostly extracted when they cleaned it. Initially, my salesman was terrific, and I felt good about the sale. (I wasn't enamored with the finance guy whose abruptness was disconcerting.) But, he'd promised me a second key the following week; several days later and after two emails and a call with no response, I finally tracked down the salesman. He stated that he couldn't find the second key so I'd be responsible for the cost to make a new one! I firmly and directly reminded him of a conversation before the purcahse in which he'd promised a second key and, while he made things right in the end, I felt it was one of those "I've already made the sale" kind of follow-up. Mostly good but could have been better.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We had done our research, knew what we wanted to buy and had zero attempt to upsell us. We were in and out in less than three hours. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in as well. I am extremely happy with everyone from the salesman, sales manager and financial department. Great job everyone.

I had my break fixed, it was making a loud noise after my wife picked up the car. Received a text from manager if I was happy and I replied no and never heard back from anybody. I had to take it back my self and they did not like for me coming in with out appointment. Poor quality check and Customer care.

As I was in the process of inquiring about a used car that was for sale for around $8,770 the man I was speaking to told me the car was taken off the website because it needed work. About a week later the car was listed in the $12,000 dollar range then dropped to $10,650. I called again to inquire about it and was told the air conditioning had been repaired and that's why the price was raised. I proceed with my bank and got financing for the car and let the know I would be in that Saturday to pick it up I live about three and a half hours away. I was then told the car was in the shop getting worked on and would not be ready. So I asked what was needing to be done and was told it needed a catalytic converter. The person i spoke to at the time knew nothing about the air conditioning ever being worked on. A week went by the car was ready. I picked it up on a Saturday and about seven days later I started having trouble with the car. I took it in to get checked and contacted the dealership to get more info on what was previously fixed but could not get a straight answer. I contacted their service department and was told the only work done on the car on record was balance and rotate tires and an allignment. The shop I took it to informed me that there is no catalytic converter on the car. And I managed to get in contact with the previous owner who assured me that the air conditioning was fully functional on the car when he traded it in. This dealership passed this cars inspection with no catalytic converter lied to me about work done on the car to justify raising the price that was initially listed online. I will never do business with them again and would recommend no one else do business with them either.

Worse service I have ever experienced. Sales team and finance manager couldn't keep their lies straight and gave us the run around for 3 days. I will never be back or send anyone there. Steer clear of the people at the used car lot at david mcdavid nissan. After all that bs we went to another dealership at 8 at night got a better vehicle that we wanted not that they picked for us and our monthly payments are so much less.and they did it all in 2 hours and when the banks were supposedly closed.

After selecting the vehicle I wanted online I inquired as to why the price jumped up 2k in a matter of hours. I gave the stock number of the vehicle to the online sales rep and made an appointment to see the vehicle. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very rude young lady that had no clue who I was or why I was there. So the time I took selecting the vehicle online asking questions about the $2,000 price increase giving the online sales rep the stock number of the vehicle so it would be ready was a waste of time. After assuring the sales person I was interested in no other vehicle on the lot she brought around the car we came there to see. She was short in response and rude throughout the test drive. When we got back to the dealership my wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle and I had asked for a total amount that would be financed on the vehicle with a 4 year 48k mile warranty figured in so I could arrange for my own financing.she became increasingly rude and said that would depend on my APR which obviously makes no sense and even the most basic of questions about selling this automobile confused her. She stormed off to her manager and got the information i requested. I had asked her to please calm down on two separate occasions that all I needed was the total price of the vehicle with a 4-year warranty figured in so I could give my finance company the information needed in order to purchase the vehicle without even asking for them to come off the price. In the end it would have been a guaranteed no-haggle sale on my part but instead due to being treated so horribly my wife and I just decided to shop elsewhere. We did speak with a manager upon leaving and while he was not in any way rude and conducted himself in a professional manner he offered no solution to the problem and acted as if the issues I experienced at mcdavid Nissan were of little to no concern to him. I will not be back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was assissted by Mr. Oliver. Super cool guy. Only downside is how long the process took but you have to remember to be patient and considerate. You’re one of many being helped and sometimes it’s hard to keep track of everything and keep everyone updated. With that being said, my car is fixed and I’m a happy camper.

When I walked into McDavid Nissan, my husband and I went it in with our mind set too just look around and then we met Eddy Quiroga who is such an amazing person that talked to us to see what he could do for us and convinced us to go with our new 2018 Nissan Altima SR Midnight Edition! It was one of BEST decision we made. Definitely will be returning to purchase another vehicle from here! I just wanna thank Eddy once again, such a great Sales men and person.

Took my car in for service, they took three weeks for ac repair and it stop working the same day I got it. They kept promising me a certain date to be fix and always pushed it back. Worst service.

They returned my car and other lights started coming up on the dashboard and on top of that my whisper blades were now bent and not working. Don't go there.

My experiance with them started off horribly took 2 days off calling them to get any help on making a deal on the vehicle I wanted guess they thought since I was 8 hrs away I wasnt a serious buyer. Finally I spoke with Fransico and he was very helpful and worked to correct some of the other issues im not listing the only reason there getting 3 stars is because of Fransico and I do love the vehicle I bought. Now even with all the issues I had with them I wouldve given 4 maybe even 5 stars but I only asked for 1 thing ahead of driving the 8 hrs to pick it up and that was for there to be 2 key fobs and of course wasnt told till time to pick up mgr said no to that so I asked for a backup sensor to replace one that was missing I after all who wants to drive off in a 2015 Navigator there buying missing a sensor and that was a no also the mgr acted like it was my fault they discounted the vehicle for there many mistakes and i guess the tires werent good enough to sell it to me so they had to put new ones on it before I picked it up and thats the reason I was told I couldnt get the 2 small things I asked. So like I said Fransico and the vehicle are the only reason there getting 3 stars.
