We were disappointed with our recent service experience. We never saw our service advisor. The cost estimate was not given to us in writing and actual cost was about $200 more than the verbal estimate.
The service was completed in a timely manner.
We have used David McDavid service since purchasing our vehicle and, up until now, have had a good experience with service advisors as well as accurate cost estimates with many times actual cost being less than estimate.

My service advisor was Steve Kulas. He was attentive to my service requests and knowledgeable in all his questions and answers. All my work was completed in good time and his curticey was great throughout my experience.

The worst experience ever! I worked with Roy Smith, I was supposed to have my a/c repaired. He emailed a list of repairs to approve and what my warranty covered, he went and fixed what I approved to be fixed but I let it slide because my warranty covered it. He kept my car for 6 days! 4 of which there was little to no contact. I came and picked up my car and paid what was asked of me. Roy then starts HARASSING ME sending calls, texts, and emails and calling from different numbers telling me I owe him $200 for a blower motor (that my warranty paid for). I called to speak to the service manager Scott to tell him his employee is harassing me. Some guy named Richard says that he is the acting service manager while Richard is off. I tell him how good employee is harassing me, he then gives me a different total and tells me I owe $30 for freon and $224 for some valve that they weren’t aware of until after I drove off. He then tells me that his employee isn’t harassing me he’s just trying to collect money and then advised that they can file a mechanics lien (which my invoice that I have said I paid my balance in full so GOOD LUCK). Very poor experience for a reputable company.

Follow up: Also, I took my car to my mechanic and the repairs done here were not done correctly and I was not able to get in touch with anyone to schedule my repair. I didn't expect to based on the service i'd received, but in good faith I tried to follow through with the process that the manager claimed he'd adhere to.

Best car buying experience ever! Go see for yourself and make sure to ask for Tremaine Burris. He was extremely personable and made it feel more like we were working with a friend than a car sales consultant. The whole experience was so great when we went to purchase a new car for my Fiance that I went back the next day to see Tremaine again and purchased a new car for myself! We will definitely be repeat customers

Scheduling preventative maintenance online was very easy. Richard Archuleta was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The customer waiting room was comfortable and refreshments were available too. I was grateful for the complimentary car wash. I didn’t catch his name but my thanks to you too.

I recently took my car to David McDavid for the 30,000 mile checkup. As usual, I received excellent service. My car was serviced and completed in a timely manner. Love the complimentary car wash!

Henry sold us a used Lincoln Navigator, as with any used vehicle there were a few minor issues, but he stated he would make it right. We have been patient and not rushing these minor repairs. He promised 2 day shipping of the parts that we needed (3 door bumpers and a panel for the back). It has been 3 weeks and there has been no delivery of parts and Henry has failed to follow up to my email and phone calls requesting an update on the parts. It is rude and unprofessional to make empty promises. He boasted about his multiple 5 star ratings from past sales during our time with him, he even showed us the nationally rated website with the excellent ratings. However we have not had the same level of service and he has failed to return emails or phone calls from me or my husband regarding our issues. We are now contacting a manager to try to get things resolved.

I took in my vehicle for a recall and the service advisor Henry Medina, took care of everything in a timely and professional manor. He kept me informed and in the loop during the entire process.
I also received my car back with a complimentary carwash that was a very pleasant surprise. I will be doing all of my future car maintenance at David McDavid Lincoln in Plano Texas!

Great Customer experience with the Pre-Owned Sales Team and their Director as well as with the Finance and Service Departments. They worked diligently with us so we could get the Lincoln that we wanted with a great deal. Awesome!

Excellent service from my initial email to walking in the door. Eddie Luis was extremely professional, helpful and transparent. The finance manager AJ and the GM were courteous and helpful. An overall great experience that ended with me purchasing my new Continental!

Ask for Eddy Louis. He is an Army Veteran and did an amazing job working with us on two separate purchases. Never felt pushed to make a decision and the value we received for the cost we paid seemed to be much greater than the Mercedes and Lexus comps we got prior to visiting David McDavid.
