My experience with Dr Nemoto was top notch from start to finish. His offices are clean and well maintained. The staff from the receptionist to the nurses were friendly, polite and very helpful. Dr Nemoto is excellent and truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend!

This location definitely need to take customer service training. Rep Veronica does not need to be working with people, rude and very unprofessional. Do not recommend this place!

Amazing experience. DR. Nemoto and staff gAve incredible bedside manor. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Nemoto really takes he time to answer all questions and spends adequate time with his patients.

I've used Dr. Nemoto twice before and all was great. This office on Provincial should be embarrassed with their lack of professionalism. 2 pm visit on June 26, I waited 1.25 hours and got no acknowledgement from the lady at the window. At 1 hour, I went to window and noticed 7 or 8 BUGS crawling across the lady's counter. Yuck! When asked her what was going on, she basically had no solid reply. I asked her about scheduling and again she said nothing. I asked her about the bugs on her counter, and she said, "we know". I asked, "we know what? " No reply. I paid my co-payment and now they are billing me $62 for the balance. In turn, I have billed this office $60/hour ($75) for my time. In my bill sent to Dr. Nemoto, I stated that if I receive a written apology for the condition of the office and my wait, the balance would be paid. I'll update this if anything happens. With bugs and the wait, I cannot give anything other than 1 star. Very sad as my previous visits at the Campbell office were fantastic.

My wife had her first colonoscopy today and had been apprehensive about it. Upon initial consultation with Dr Nemoto in his office couple weeks ago, he totally put her at ease and answered all questions patiently. He and his nurse Lori were very personable and easy to talk to. The procedure today went as explained and my wife is resting comfortably this afternoon at home. Again, Dr Nemoto, Lori and his staff were quite accommodating and professional. We highly recommend!

Cant even make an appointment over the phone, the lady who answers the phone just has a really bad attitude

I had uncomfortable feeling for one week therefore I visited Dr. Nemoto on the last Thursday, he listened to my report very carefully and suggested to have endoscopy inspection finally. I picked his suggestion and had the inspection on the next day by him. Pictures took during my slept shows reason of bad feeling but it takes more several days to get the final result. I am very lucky to have trustable doctor in Houston.

Dr. Nemoto and his staff were stellar! Who says that about a colonoscopy visit? It's true. From consult to my exit, all of the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Nemoto was positive, eager to educate and personable. I will def be back here for my next. Thanks so much Dr. Nemoto and all your crew!

Unless you are a perfect specimen, this 'doctor' treats you with open hostility. I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor in my life. I would have gone somewhere else had I not needed a procedure done quickly. The absolute worst treatment I have ever received from a doctor in my entire life.
