He is also very stylish and very fun to keep conversation with. Any time I have any questions, I will not hesitate to stop by and hope to see Sean there and perhaps even see him promoted to a higher managerial role as he was so so helpful, professionally knowledgeable, and truly beyond accommodating. 10 out of 10 recommend his attentive service. I have bought many pieces from this location, including wedding rings, but my last two visits were not comfortable. The SA I used to know does not work here anymore. The SA Anthony did not seem nice to me and our conversation was awkward, despite my efforts to be friendly. The same say I shopped at other luxury brands next doors LV, Tiffany, Gucci and YSL all treated me reasonably nice, were enthusiastic to show me everything about the products, but too bad I didn't feel any of that from DY, except the moment I decided to pay:/ I do see he is more friendly to a customer who came after me but didn’t spend a dime and walked away.
Anyway I am planning to not shop at this location anymore. I hope the management will take note of this and address the issue to ensure their customers receive the kind of service they expect from a luxury brand.
I went in the store last week to find the perfect piece for an upcoming event and stumbled across Anthony, I had no idea what I wanted and he worked with me to find the perfect piece. I ended up buy a set that worked out perfectly.bless this store for having a dedicate sa like Anthony. I hope management knows how lucky they are to have him.
Terrible experience with customer service! My daughter in law bought me a $400.00 bracelet here. I wore it for a few months and it stretched out. My daughter in law didn’t have the receipt and I had to sent it back to the manufacturer. They charged me $100.00 to resize it and I swear it’s still the same size! It’s a shame because the bracelet was high quality and would look great if it fit
I do not recommend the shopping experience in this store. Sean, the person who ended up waiting on me, perhaps figured I was unable to actually purchase an item (because I'm Hispanic?) or something because his attitude was really one of disregard. So I shall continue to purchase my items online, including any repairs, which is the reason I stopped in the store in the first place.
I’m really surprised by some of the negative reviews here. Our experience since the minute we walked in has been stellar! We’re looking at engagement rings and don’t have a lot of knowledge. Heather has been helping us understand all the options and possibilities with infinite patience. Even when we realized our budget was going to be on the lower end of their offerings, she shifted gears cheerfully without making us feel like an imposition. I’m not bothering to review Yurman’s jewelry quality because it’s an accepted fact that it’s top notch. I have friends in the industry who respect David Yurman’s work. I was just pleasantly blown away by a sales person being equally interested in helping us regardless of our budget. That’s enough to win our loyalty for all future purchases.
I am extremely disappointed and upset with the customer service I received today at David Yurman. As a loyal customer, I was shocked and horrified to be treated so poorly while attempting to purchase gifts for Christmas. The employee we encountered was rude and made us feel unwelcome, causing us to leave the store without making a purchase. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced such poor treatment at this location. Other reviews also reflect similar experiences with this individual, which is a very poor reflection on a brand like David Yurman. It is clear that there are issues at this location that need to be addressed by the management team. I hope that David Yurman takes swift action to rectify this issue and improve their customer service, as it is unacceptable to have such poor experiences associated with their brand.
I always have a pleasant shopping experience here whether it be browsing or buying. When I buy stuff, I ask them to clean the DY pieces I'm actively wearing and the SAs are always enthusiastic about it.
I feel like there is something wrong with a sales person there, bad attitude and rude! I’m from NY and I have been in many other David Yurman stores but never got a issues!
If you looking for a great experience, go see Ms. Brooke. We went on Sunday to look at a few particular rings. She was sweet, attentive, listened to us and presented a few different options. There was no pressure to buy after we mentioned we were going to the store next door to look at options too. My husband to be was undecided about the size since he doesn’t wear jewelry. The next day he decided he needed a bigger size, I called the store and the size needed was on hold for him to exchange. We love our rings and could not be happier with the experience Ms. Brooke provided. Thank you!
We purchased my husbands wedding band from David Yurman. The design was so unique and beautiful. It was hard to find anything else like it at other jewelers. We ordered it and had the ring delivered to our wedding venue since we were staying on site for 4 days. The ring had not arrived on the morning of our wedding so I called the store and they confirmed it was in route to be delivered but in order for us to ensure we had the band in time for the ceremony one of the team members drove the ring 2 hours away to hand deliver it to us with 2 hours to spare! We were so grateful and extremely blown away over the customer service provided. We are David Yurman fans for life now and will get all of our anniversary jewelry from them for sure.

Brooke B made it SO simple and easy to make what seemed like an overwhelming purchase into a fun and easy conversation. I ended up with the perfect ring for my love and even found a beautiful chain for myself.

David Yurman, it is without a doubt truly DISAPPOINTING that you are charging your clients repair charges for when the fine jewelry you make TARNISHES! I am so sad and Extremely Disappointed. Your "Valued Clients" spend so much when purchasing something from your collections. Something as simple as a tarnish repair should be waived.
James Avery Artisan Jewelry DOESN'T even charge for simple repairs such as this and their jewelry is by FAR less expensive! Your customer service also needs a revamp & y'all should be not only ashamed but embarrassed. Luxury Designer? I think not. Cheaply made products? I think so.
I am so sad and do not feel as though i will be purchasing from you again. Deeply Disappointing & Upset.
The young lady names Sara was extremely rude while I was asking questions over the phone. Very unprofessional and did not exemplify the type of customer service skills expected for this kind of establishment.
