14Excellent customer service. I broke the latch on my men’s leather bracelet. Bought it 7 years ago. They had it sent out for repairs. Came in today and it looked brand new.no charge.
Just drove across the metroplex to look at buying some jewelry here only to have the rude condescending door man not even acknowledge me, much less let me in the store to shop. I thought it might have been due to capacity restrictions due to Covid, but I still wasn’t let in even after other customers left the store. I’m sure he didn’t think I had any money to spend since I was in jeans and a t-shirt, and not a three piece suit. Definitely won’t be back to spend any of my money at this DY store. I think I’d recommend finding some better help to man the door, especially during the busiest spending season of the year.
Wonderful designs, quality pieces with excellent personal service. Huge David Yurman fan myself. Styles that I like but styles for everyone's personal taste! Excellent value for the quality of craftsmanship.

I've been in this store 3 times and today was last time. I dress casual and was in athletic gear when I walked in the store. I stood around clearly needing assistance trying to get someone to help me. They even had one of the attendants tell one of the saleswomen that I needed assistance. She walks closer to me behind the counter not making eye contact with me after the gentlemen just told her I needed assistance. About 15-20 seconds passed of her looking around not making eye contact with me while I stared at her directly. I finally said mam I need help and her response was there might be two other people that need help. Sher told me this as the two people were walking out the door. I bought a gift last year from here and unfortunately made my purchase with this saleswomen as I don't have the time to look for other gift being Dec 20. I will never spend another dime at David Yurman and will be telling everyone I can regarding my experience. You'll really need to retrain your sales people on how to treat people because it's straight up BS to be treated like in a store that you spend money. This is clearly a problem based on other reviews.
Try -just try - reaching them by phone. Or anticipate a callback. NorthPark doesnt like retailers who cant retail. I was trying to spend money.buhbye.
Love the brand. First time ever in any D. Y.store and the men's section is ballin'. Mad props to the security guy who offered me something to drink. Other sales folks were nice but the general manager Reggie walked me through the whole experience which lended me to making my purchase. He even cleaned my friend's ring who was purchased at another DY store.
My wife and I were stunned to find David Yurman in the airport Mall. The staff there was swamped. There was only one person working. When she finally made it over to see us she was polite and courteous.we did find that prices were slightly higher at this location. My wife does Love David Yurman pieces. She describe them as "classically chic".
Ignored by the entire staff except for security during the last and first visit. Waited 10min and walked out without even any acknowledgement of being in the shop. Have much better luck buying online.

Jewelry wise, they have a very good selection for most all price points. You can typically find something easily in a variation of styles.
Store wise, this store resembles the Soho store quite a bit. They have a bunch of unique pieces that make it like a museum. A definite must stop if you are a fan of DY.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were two employees in the store and the other refused to help me.
I had a wonderful customer service experience with this store. I had damaged my David Yurman bracklet and sent it to this store for repair. Carlos was fabulous and explained the process to me. My bracelet was returned in beautiful condition. I am so pleased with this store and its personnel. Thank you!
