My sister Linda Brown bought a car from them and i thought it was a good place to send my disabled son to buy a car. Boy was i wrong, my son has had a kidney transpant and is also deaf. They took advantage of him and sold him a Lemon, he had nothing but electrical problems with it from the get go. It crapped out on him on the way to longview. There is a such thing as a lemon law and that vehicle was a lemon! Looking at talking to a lawyer about it. It is not right to take advantage of the disabled! It is not right to take advantage of anyone!

Im giving 0000 stars because he simply told me that i cannot purchase a car from him and he does not want to do business with me. I simply was discriminated against due to an issue i had with e car that had absolutely nothing to do with him or this place of business.he said to me i wont sell you a car because i want to avoid a law suit; but you telling me that is grounds for a lawsuit. Due to the fact of Ecar not practicing good business and him not doing what a business should do i had to file against that company period. I got told that he wont accept my business he called Ecars owner and only got one side of the story with no regards to my side or the fact that i was willing to give him my money and pay off a car with no problems. So therefore and further more i know that was not good business to call another company and discriminate against me when he had no idea what actually went on with my Law suit with E car. Based on this alone i was very upset and will probably be filing a complaint.or maybe more! I have never been treated this way in life ever and this is the put the icing on the cake with these mediocre buy here pay here places! I’m being reported off of what he said to me over the phone if you wanted to avoid trouble from the jump then the call from next day should have been had the same day I came in simply tell me no when I walk in not wait a day then tell me none of what I said is false and I distinctly remember you giving Darren a bad name saying that man has a wrap sheet of arrest but I’m the bad customer who got turned away I never said I will sue you just simple ask for my money I paid down if you can’t do that in a timely manner then I take action. Simple period not that complicated and a report won’t stop my word of mouth 35 years of business but not even accredited by the BBB then argues with me on a review great! My question is this for anyone reading had I had not said I had issues with another dealer would I be in a David’s auto car? Or would I be not be? But again they say they don’t discriminate y’all think on that you too would be puzzled
