David's Bridal, Fort Worth TX

We had my second wedding dress appointment on Saturday and I knew nothing about what I truly wanted in a dress. I had a previous appointment in Abilene and it went completely different than in Fort Worth. Regi, my stylist, did things completely different than my previous stylist. I gave her my best description of my wedding and what I wanted to feel like on our big day. The options she brought up to me were things I would’ve never picked off the rack myself but I ended up falling in love with the first one I tried, then fell in love with the second dress more. I continued to try on dresses and after a long while I started feeling discouraged and overwhelmed all on my own when I became torn on two completely different dresses. I was terrified I was once again going to leave without a dress and have to make a third visit. Regi was AMAZING all the way through and continued to support me and listen to my issues. She came back with two different dresses that were similar to the two I was torn between and had me pick only one and I did and it ended up stealing my heart. I don’t think I would’ve left with dress that I was 100% sure about had I not had her there to really listen. I went in thinking of completely different dresses than what I ended up actually liking ON me! Super thankful for Regi!

I took my daughter shopping for a prom dress at this location and let me tell you we were thoroughly impressed! Our consultant, Amy J. Was extremely tentative and helped my daughter not only choose her prom dress, but jewelers as well! Her expert advice was invaluable throughout this experience. I will definitely be back to see her for my other 2 daughters when it comes time to shop for their prom!

I came in with no clue what dress I wanted and EmilyJo helped me find the perfect prom dress. We went a little over our time limit for the appointment, but she was more than willing to spend the extra time to make sure I got a dress that I would love. If you are looking for a dress I highly recommend asking for Emily!

I came in looking for a dress for my daughter's wedding not really expecting to find anything. Amy J helped me and ended up picking out the perfect dress for me! I can't believe I missed it, but when I explained to Amy what I was looking for, she immediately picked out the perfect dress for me! I highly recommend this shop for all of your special event needs! I love the way Ms. Steph helped me find my wedding gown. She is the best and so sweet too. I'll be going back here if I needed a gown for some celebration again. Thank you the gown I got is so pretty!

My friends and I have been to David's Bridal multiple times and have always had a negative experience.but Eugene made our experience today SO much fun! I really can't thank him enough for making me and my girls feel special, and taking the stress out of the whole process! This guy deserves employee of the year!

Not many $99 dress selections! And prices r ridiculously high.theres a few workers so it wasn't no help if u had a question unless u had an appt! So wasn't worth the wait nor the price!

Veronica! This girl is amazing. Completely amazing. She not only heard me tell my support team, lol, that I liked my first dress too and second dress bottom and found a combo of both but made she made me feel great in it. She found the perfect accessories that made me look at myself in a light that I’ve never seen in myself. We both cried actually. I’ve never felt more beautiful. And she’s just super sweet and kind. I walked out happy and confident in my dress. And I owe it all to her. I didn’t think I’d find what I wanted and had a different mindset on what I thought I wanted but she showed me one that is THE ONE. And in my budget!

I didnt have an appointment but I didnt really have time to make one. It's not my first marriage and I was looking to try on a few dresses off the clearance rack. The receptionist seemed put out that I didnt have an appointment (apparently ALL about the appointment at this time). I was told that i HAVE to fill out the entire guest card which is not only my name but my finace's name, email and phone number. I pretty much flat refused (which makes me now a bridezilla). She told me one lady was going to help me but never showed and i ended up with a younger MUCH nicer younger girl. I got an inexpensive dress, and a clearence veil and was in and out in 30 minutes. The only reason that store even got 3 stars is because of the girl who helped me. Thats the only reason.

Veronica was amazing! I went Into the store not having a clue about what I wanted and she worked with me every step of the way! She was patient and read my body language when i wasn’t feeling confident or comfortable in a certain gown and immediately found solution gowns that made me feel beautiful. We ended up finding my dream dress! She is so sweet and I’m so happy with my experience at DB because of her.

My stylist was aweful. She made me not even want a dress anymore. She didn't listen to me about what i was looking for so i spent the whole time trying on dresses i would never wear. Don't ask for Roxy. Thankfully I left and went to the Arlington store and the stylist there was awesome and i finally got to say yes to the dress!

My first time with my bridesmaid at Davids was horrible. She’s a bigger girl, and they pulled a size 22 when she’s a 30. So she left in tears. We went back for her a second time and we got Eugene! He was absolutely amazing and did a remarkable job. He listened and got was she asked for, and the plus was we didn’t have to go find out own dresses like the time before. The manager of the store is the sweetest ever and listened to our complaint from the previous session. Thank you Eugene!

I went to David's Bridal without an appointment on a Friday afternoon to browse and get some ideas. I was greeted with warmth and excitement and I had the best help from every associate I met. My favorite part of the whole dress shopping experience was my personal associate Eugene. He was so enthusiastic and helpful, even when I was a little overwhelmed by how many dresses there were to look through. But he was so positive and kept me hopeful that we would find something I was completely happy with; and when we eventually found "the dress" he was so uplifting and genuinely as happy for me as I was for myself! I had the teary eyed moment and I was so happy he was there to guide me through the process! Thank you, Eugene, for making my day one of the happiest of the whole wedding planning process! I'm so happy I get to continue working with him for my fittings as well! I had the best experience dress shopping that I could hope for.

My first time at a bridal shop. I am I Maid of Honor in my little sister's wedding. I was worried that they wouldn't have my size to try om because I am a BBW woman, but they had plenty for me to try! I found a dress within the hour and they gave $20 off!

I personally had a great experience. It was quick and easy. Eugene helped me and he was super nice and helpful.

When I first went to get my bridal dress, I had a great experience. Got a wonderful dress and had great help. Alterations was a nightmare however. I was told when I got the dress that they could add the straps that I wanted to it, but then refused to and told me they would let me buy a jacket to go over it. I did not want a jacket, I wanted straps. They also lost my dress twice in alterations, thankfully they found it after searching for over 30 minutes each time. I was happy at first but definitely would NOT recommend to anyone now.

This place was clean, our stylist was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic (but not a bit overbearing). I really enjoyed my experience here and I said Yes to the Dress

My friend was actually trying on brides dresses for the first time and we were partnered with Eugene and he was absolutely amazing! He adapted to our personality and made us feel so comfortable! I love him and I hope he's still here when I decide to get married
