We had a very frustrating experience here with our bridesmaid dresses. We picked out the dress, and I double checked that the dress was not being discontinued anytime soon, and the workers assured me it would not be. Well, two weeks later after half of my bridesmaids had gotten the dress, it was discontinued without any notice. The only reason I found out was that I went back to help one of my bridesmaids exchange her size. We had to hunt down the last of the dresses. Very disappointing and stressful.
Hannah, the woman who helped me with the appointment was wonderful. She did a great job of balancing my appointment with another bridesmaid appointment. I showed her pictures and she pulled ones that fit my taste reall well. Overall it was a very positive experience. They also remodeled the store since the last time I was in there and it is very pretty.
First of all, this store is great. Secondly and most important I love my consultant Kelsey. She really has her stuff together and is VERY patient with me. I am a kind of all over the place bride and she has a genuine kindness and a sweet disposition. I would not want to go through this without her!
