Friendly and personable customer service. I went in to have my Dyson vacuum cleaner repaired. I was able to have it resolved at no cost. The staff was extremely pleasant and provided excellent service. I will return in the future for other vacuuming needs.
Randy is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I’ve needed servicing on my vacuum, turnaround time was quick.
I bought a riccar vacuum from here and it is the best! I have three pets in the house and this vacuum keeps my house clean and hair free. The sales guy Randy was very knowledgeable in the products and showed me exactly what products would work for me. I also bought the carpet refresher powder and it works great too!
If you are looking for a place to bring your vacuum cleaner in for a repair look no further, you have found the right place. I was so impressed with Thomas's customer service, and knowledge about my Dyson. There was another repair shop closer to my home, but I chose to bring my Dyson here, because Thomas treated me so well when I phoned in with questions about my vacuum cleaner. He was very polite, kind, and very well versed about what type of repair or service I might need. Thank you Thomas for such excellent customer service, and for repairing my vacuum cleaner!
Thomas and his team did a wonderful job! I still own one of the original Dyson uprights and took it for a cleaning. I told him that I thought the suction was a little week. They tested it and replaced the clutch and serviced it, great price and excellent service. I think my Dyson has another 20 years in her!
