Worst place to go, they hustle and lie to keep the doors open. Call u to get a maintenance on your vacuum, keep it for a month and charge you hundreds to get it back.

I have used Oreck (now davids) vacuums for years. I have a preschool and they are the only vacuums that last for, literally, years! I took three vacuums in to be serviced. I explained to Christy (the mansger) that it would be very hard to do without them. Within the week she called and said they had been serviced and that I could pick them up. I was so appreciative for the quick turn around. I felt like she went above and beyond.

Awful experience. Had our vacuum for 7 months and now they don’t know where it is. Paid $250 to fix a $500 vacuum and now they’ve lost it. Worst experience ever. Go anywhere else.

Doe's not return calls and very poor workmanship. I would not let my worst enemy use this place. I would give no stars if possible!

Worst experience of any repair or service I've ever had done, vehicles included. They had my vacuum over 3 months. Still have it, actually. Not one call from them to update on status without me calling them first. Told me one thing was wrong, then 2 weeks later it was a totally different thing. "This" guy said "that" guy must have gotten confused. This is at almost 2.5 months, and I still had no word on what the problem was.

Called this past Monday to complain and was told the manager would call to check status and call back "within minutes". Three & 1/2 hours later I called them back because she never called. Then the manager didn't bother to speak to me, they only gave me the # to the service office.

Service office said they were still waiting on the part that he had told me 2.5 weeks before would be in by the end of the week. Still wasn't in. Monday he said he gets shipments on Mondays and Wednesdays-was unloading a truck right that minute, in fact- and my part would be in on Tuesday. (What?) He'd have the part Tuesday and get it put in, he'd call to let me know it was done, and the vacuum would be back in the store for pickup on Weds. Today is Thurs, and surprise, no call yesterday. All this, and they're charging me $322 for the pleasure. Eventually. If they ever actually finish the work. Will never, ever go back, will never, ever recommend.

The manager that helped me was very helpful, and fair. She price matched one of her products for me and gave me a good deal. She also seemed very informed on the vacuums, and cleaning products.

Take your business somewhere else. I’m not sure if they changed ownership or management but things are not the same. As a professional cleaner, we used this store to service our vacuums and for purchases. This most recent tune up has left the vacuum worse than when I dropped it off. It will not push properly anymore and when I tried to do some investigation of my own and unscrew the bottom one of the screws is stripped and stuck so tight it the bottom it won’t come out. Not to mention whoever placed the new bag in the vacuum decide not to “click” it into place so dust went everywhere and the seal didn’t get cleaned or replaced. A simple tune up has turned into a huge loss and looks like I’ll need a replacement vacuum. I’ll be going to a different store from now on.

Excellent service and staff. Always friendly. Repairs and tune ups completed quickly. Great service on a quality product! Worth the investment!
