Awesome service. The technician was very thorough while performing the annual maintenance.
I have used Davis A/C since 2011. I have them do an A/C & heater checkup in the spring and fall. The technician has always been courteous, on time and let me know what was going on. The office personnel have always been Courtland accommodating with appts.
It was refreshing to have a technician who was willing to explain what was happening on a technical level and who didn’t try to generalize or dumb down the information being presented. That’s not common. I was very pleased to work with them.
The technician was extremely professional and efficient. He carefully examine the problem and fix the issue thoroughly. I can’t thank you enough. He was great!
