Was having an intermittent dashboard wiring issues that been going on for years. No one else was able to properly diagnose the issue. Davis Automotive was able to find and correct this long-term issue where others could not. Very grateful for the reasonably priced and quality work that they done on my vehicle.

Have used 3 times during the past year for a Toyota hybrid and was very satisfied with their expertise.

Ricky took a look at my Suburban that broke down while I was traveling. He assessed for free and recommended a CPU replacement possibly. In order to protect my finances, he recommended me to the GMC dealership since the dealership would have to program it anyhow. He was kinda professional, as well as the other staff.

They're ok. Not the friendliest bunch. They're quick and thorough when they do my inspection every year, so I appreciate that. But, don't bother calling them if you want to provide your own parts, even tires, because they won't use yours, and their prices border on gouging

We are long time customers (decades) and have always trusted Davis Auto. Honest mechanics are hard to come by, but you can trust these guys. They do quality work. Our whole family uses them.

We owned two 2013 Hyundai Equus. Based on usage preferences one reached mileage quicker than the other but at 42K each one suffered failure of the air bag suspension. We had to use both dealerships in Dallas for the repair as one repaired the front struts proclaimed the problem solved and when it failed to be resolved we took it to the other dealer. Clearly, the dealership mechanics didn't understand the Hyundai systems. All told, it was over $8000 for the repairs. When the second car reached the same mileage recently, the right rear air strut failed. I took it to Davis Automotive for repair and held my breath. After recalibrating the system, Davis called me with news that it would require a new rear air strut and offered me two options; 1.perform the repair with a factory part for $1500 or 2.they would order a remanufactured part and the cost would be $500 parts and labor. I opted for the cheaper route and they repaired it without issue. The final bill was $496. We are ecstatic.

Gina, Rick and the team are absolutely the best out there. They don't jump to conclusions, perform a thorough diagnostic and recommend the proper repairs. We take all of our cars there for service! 10 Stars! Top Notch!
