They give these people money funding for patients etc. And for thanksgiving they gave them a dollar apple pie from Walmart and a small can of 7up. And today for Christmas they gave the kids gloves and a candy cane with really going on. The state need to come to this place. Sad straight ghetto.
These people here treat patients like a number all the time. They are never gentle with their patients and they never listen to the patient if they're feeling a certain way. Just get the heck out of Dallas quick! The whole system over here sides with nurses and social workers for doing wrong. It's literally problematic!
This group over here suck in the hospitality department. They never show the slightest bit of care for people. Just come in and shut up, what a joke!
This place has a lady that works the front, but she doesn't do anything. I arrived to pickup a patient to take him home and she told me that she doesn't work in the back.
