I've been here for more than 3 years, and every visit has been awesome. Everyone is super friendly, and the doc always listens to what I've got to say and goes through everything carefully. Even though I moved to North Austin, I stick with them despite the longer drive. Looking forward to the next visit!

I really enjoyed my visit at Daylight Dental. Clean offices, great staff, and overall good energy. Will be coming again.

I’m one of those people who hates going to the dentist (and any dr office for that matter). I went here seeking help for an odd condition that I got zero assistance with. I left the visit being told I had 12 cavities that were going to cost me $4K+ with insurance. I knew I needed a second opinion as I had no pain and would imagine with that much decay I would feel some discomfort. After a visit to a new dentist, I was told I have one minor cavity and good dental health. The cost to fill the one cavity is about 1/3 the cost per filling I was quoted at Daylight Dental. I do not recommend this place AT ALL! I left my appt feeling like I never wanted to go back and like my dental care didn’t matter. I was just a customer that would foot the bill for services that were not needed. Luckily I suspected some shady practices and I was right.

I’ve only got one smile and what better place to take care of it than at Daylight Dental. Staff were clear on the insurance they take and super approachable people. My cleaning was done thoroughly and procedures for treatments were also made clear to me. That helped ensure my problems were diagnosed and treated properly. Thank you to all at Daylight Dental

I came to Daylight Dental a few months ago but want to share my experience. The front desk staff and everyone is very nice. I believe that is an essential part of running a business. You feel welcome. However, when it came to the dental work, I was not happy at all. I was told I needed deep cleaning and a cavity that needed new filling. I was disappointed with the lack of care, explanation and rushed work they did. I felt like the Dentist was not careful and just grinded away at my tooth unnecessarily. I have gone to Dentists that truly work around the tooth very carefully and explain to me what they will do next so I know what to expect. Once he was done filling, I could feel very rough surface that was scraping and hurt my tongue. I asked him if he could smooth it out and he acted like I was exaggerating and almost sighed in a complain. Again, I have been to other dentists, that ask you before they put their tools down to see how you feel, to bite down and see if it's uncomfortable. We only get one set of teeth, and I do not feel like this dentist cared for my teeth the way he should have. Will not be returning.

Came here recently and had the best experience! Dr. Phan made me feel very comfortable and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain during my procedure, she even took the time to explain everything that was going on. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. My family and I will definitely be returning for future dental needs!

I highly recommend daylight dental. Everyone in the office was very kind and nobody judged me that I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time. Dr. Phan was so sweet and gentle with my cleaning. One of the best experiences I've had. Thank you so much Daylight!

My dental tech Vanessa was so sweet and helpful! It was my first time coming to the dentist in a while and I didn’t know what to expect. She explained things to me and got me to laugh which put me at ease and made me feel less nervous. The whole staff is exceptional, but Vanessa really stood out. I just moved to the area but I’ll definitely return to this location for my annual visits.

Dr. Pham and Aracely (I hope I spelt that right) were great at not only doing a good job, but making sure I was comfortable each visit as well. I didn't have dental insurance, so Daylight Dental set me up with a financial assistance plan that made all the work I needed done so much more affordable than before. All around great experience!

Three sessions into major dental work and doing a great job for me so far, which I'm sure will continue to be so.

Very nice office, clean and tidy and they have Netflix, definitely coming back every six months!

Thankfully they refused to perform their scheduled treatment by referring me elsewhere upon arrival, because the second dentist I went to proved their diagnosis was incorrect. Their dental surgeon is also clearly a sociopath.

I haven't been to the dentist in so long and I was really nervous at first. The staff made was very attentive and the professional so that's always a really good sign for me. I had some old fillings that needed to be changed out and the doctor that helped me was super skillfull! I didn't feel the shot and before I knew it I was already done! I wish I came here sooner. The facility is very clean and the service is so efficient. I'll be sending my friends and family here that have just moved to Austin.

Daylight Dental has been the best dental office I have been to in Austin. I had a great experience during my first visit. I arrived at the time of my appointment and was immediately led by the dental assistant to get my X-rays done. The rooms were very clean and I was able to watch Netflix on the screen while waiting for the doctor. The staff and doctors were welcoming and very professional. I was very comfortable during my visit and will definitely be coming back!

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. I tried to sign up as a patient here but I was told I had to get "panoramic xrays" in addition to traditional x-rays. Panoramic are not covered under most insurances because they are not necessary to service most patients. It feels like they are just trying to milk every dollar they can from insurance.

Daylight Dental is amazing. My entire family has been coming here for the past five years. I just had a cleaning and whitening done last week, and I’m thrilled with how white my teeth look, just in time for the holiday season! The staff is consistently friendly, and the added bonus of watching Netflix during my dental appointments is always appreciated!

I genuinely do not think I have ever left a bad review before but my experience was so traumatizing that I feel like I need to warn other people. I had 9 cavities filled here, (I told them about my extreme dental anxiety beforehand) and not only did they do all of them in the amount of time it should take to do 1-2 fillings but I was in pain the whole time and let them know, even had a panic attack and they essentially told me i was fine and did not stop or check in on me at all. The fillings were so poorly placed and done that I had to have my bite adjusted 4 different times until I just gave up and decided to live with it. I was in pain for over a year bc of what they did to me, I could not chew on the right side of my mouth for over a year also, and I had to have 3 of the fillings replaced already because they were broken. My new dentist was so alarmed at what they had done to me and while she wouldn't speak on others dental work she let me know none of this is normal. My dental anxiety is so bad that it took me years to work up the courage to even go and i thought i was in good hands because of all the great reviews but clearly I was wrong. Its been 2 years and I am still dealing with the repercussions (and paying hundreds of dollars to have this poor dental work fixed) Do not come here.also to daylight dental- do not contact me, i will not be coming back ever.

My time at Daylight Dental was great! Both the doctor and assistant were super nice, gentle, and really thorough during my appointment. They made me feel really comfortable, and they paid attention to all the little things. I'd definitely tell folks to check out Daylight Dental if they need dental work. I also get to watch my favorite Netflix show while getting my teeth worked on, which was such a great distraction!
