Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Northwest/Seaworld

Quite disappointed in our stay. We were welcomed with two seemingly dirty towels in our fridge, a broken handle to the microwave, stained blankets, and a toilet that didn’t flush. Called the front desk and was told to wait. Had to use the restroom and could not wait any longer, so we were given the parts to change it out ourselves. After sticking my hands in the tank of the motel toilet, we knew our stay wasn’t going to be accommodated, as quality checks before check in clearly isn’t a priority.

Do not stay here if you are travelling with family. We found left over food under the bed. Horrible smell, cigarette burns everywhere. Horrible place. We arrived very late and all hotels were sold out. Next day we woke up and left in a hurry.

We definitely enjoyed our four day/night stay. The room was very comfortable & clean. The housekeeping ladies were sweet & always made sure we had what was needed. My son had a nose bleed in the middle of the night & they were understanding of the situation & without hesitation brought me new sheets & a pillowcase. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was big and comfortable the bed was soft. Had plenty of pillows. Water was very hot so be careful. The staff was so nice. Late that night I had trouble with people yelling at each other about whatever when they came from the bar. All in all this is a great hotel i will stay again

Stayed for one night. Room was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful! The front desk had no problem accommodating to all of our needs. Great stay on a budget

Every 4 monts. I'm going from Houston to San Antonio. I always bring myself a Nice experience! ; This weekend I hospice me 2 nights. And today I came back for Houston. I has the misfortune that had Broken a Window to steal me the belogings of My car I do not think, come back to stay there! I hope they put more surveillance Cameras to howle the ratios!

We travel from California to Florida and stopped here to rest for the day and ended up staying for two days, because of car problems. The hotel was clean and the staff was great, friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and rested well. Plan to book again in DaysInn when we travel again. Thank you!

I didn't feel safe. There was a man that just kept pacing back and forth in front of the stairs and kept trying to make conversation. It was late and I had gotten off work so it just didn't seem appropriate for a man to approach a woman alone after midnight.

I can not believe the experience I’ve had here! I only put One Star because I had to! So first me and my family get checked-In, we go in our room and first thing we see is a roach on the ceiling. Then the people above me were so loud! So I called front desk and asked if they could ask them to be a tad quieter, They kept making made so much noise it woke up my 1yr old at 11: 50pm. So I call front desk again and they say we have another on the top floor but no cart to help with my luggage! And said they have nobody in office to help me move with two kids and our belongings! So I’m struggling with our stuff to the front. They have more than one person there! They give me another room and as I’m going into the room, First thing I see is an open rapper on the floor and an open used hand bar soap and a dirty towel! At this point I’ve had enough! So they move me other room which is next door to the people that were making all the noise in the first place. I walk in and there’s a puddle of water on the floor coming from the mini fridge! He said he would have someone come clean but no came! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! The rooms are just not cleaned well and everything is looks old and broken. NEVER AGAIN!

I experienced roaches, dirty bathtubs and rooms that smelled like cigarettes and mold. Also I paid for breakfast to be included.
However, I was told, after I paid, that it was not. I didn't receive a partial refund for the misinformation.

Very nice, and clean. Problems were solved in a hurry, and positively. If anyone asked me where to stay in San Antonio I would suggest Days Inn Sea World.

Our room was right next to the highway so it was so noisy because of the vehicle non stop on the highway.
Found couple baby cockroaches crawling on bed and on my hand while we were sleeping.
We stayed there for a night.
The front desk was nice lady but didn't give me any receipt.
No parking sign needed for my car.
It was just a quick overnight because we couldn't wait to get another hotel.

Check your bed sheets and towels before you lay shower. I had towels that looked like they had stains on them. I also had bed sheets like burn marks and holes in the blanket. Along with someone elses hair between the sheets.

They have the best dang breakfast ever ever ever ever I love this days in because of their breakfast and their air conditioners are really cold and I like that the air conditioners are really cold and the pool was open and I like the fact that the pool is open and I would love to go back there again

I had to clean my own rooms. Housekeeping never showed up to clean them. When i requested a clean room I was then told I have to be in the room at time of service. I was also charged double on friday and saturday. With no advanced warning. Will never stay here again

It had very bad bath tub and hair all over bathroom. Bed sheets are torn, holes everywhere. Not worth for $165/night

We paid around $230 for two nights. We reached late in the night When entered the room there was some smell all over. Also I saw few roaches in the room wall. My kid was not ready to use the bathroom as it had stains over the tub along with the commode.
We have stayed in Wyndham hotel and never had such bad experience. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

They literally had a water hose filling up the pool. Might have been a guest. No shower curtain and the bathtub wasn't caulked against the wall so at some point water had filled up under the tub and when you stepped in it was like standing on a water bed and nasty milky colored water would come out the side. Only word to describe this is GHETTO

Extremely dirty and overpriced for what we payed for. They had to have resurfaced the bathtub 20 plus times as it was like walking on a water balloon. I gave it two stars instead of one because it seemed fairly safe compared to what it looked like

The King Handicap room pic showed a redwood shower seat in the shower, an arm chair in separate seating area when in fact the shower had no seat and the only chair in the room was a desk style chair on rollers. We reserved that room so I could have slept in the chair as I can’t sleep laying flat in a bed due to breathing issues and can’t stand to shower. We were told prior to reserving the room that they had 1 shower chair available on request and it was first come first serve. The pics of the room were deceiving. Before we ever stay in another motel room we will definitely do a visual of the room first. Overpriced.
