Just pork meat for breakfast. Everyone don't eat pork. Time 2 get with the times upgraded. The same breakfast was everyday

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is. I've never stayed in a Days Inn in my life, mainly because they used to be low budget and look so uninviting. This place is clean and relatively new. The beds are very comfortable, and it's conveniently located. There also is a full sized refrigerator, stove, utensils and dishes in the rooms. The staff also was friendly and helpful. I like the idea that breakfast is included but I have had better. They served eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and potatoes. Most of it seemed like the heat and eat type stuff. I don't think there is an actual kitchen for staff to prepare this food. But it's better than nothing. I still give the hotel five stars.

I was there on business. Some of the other guys checked in before me. They complained of their room smelling musty. One guy changed his room three times ans all were the same. I checked in and my room was musty. It smelled like febreeze had been sprayed but the further you went into the room the smell became evident. I checked out ans went to another hotel. They need to replace the carpet, clean the ac units or something.

It truly is a wonderful place to stay at. I'm currently at this hotel for the remainder of the year due to my career. I think it's the best hotel in the entire area. Clean, no smells, people are friendly and welcoming. Great price especially if you like the little kitchen area.breakfast is fresh and tasteful. Served from 6am till 9am.

Great hotel. Very clean, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are very clean with mini kitchen and dishwasher. Beds are comfy. Will definitely be staying here when we go back.

We enjoy our stay at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Beaumont West / I-10 & Walden location every time. It's always clean and the staff if kind and friendly. The breakfast is always stocked and very enjoyable. It's the cleanest and best hotel in the area. The place is run well. We will be returning.

The rooms were nice, except it was obvious that the floors hadn't been mopped. In fact, none of the floors had been mopped, from the lobby to our room on the second floor. There were spill stains in both the lobby and first floor hallway and in our room bathroom and kitchenette. During our whole stay (4 days), the floors in the lobby and hallway were not mopped once. Or if they were, it was a quick swish with a damp mop. None of the spills were cleaned up.

As for service, we were given fresh towel whenever we asked, even had them delivered to our room with little to no wait. However, the midshift desk clerk was outside quite a bit more than inside or on her phone, and while whatever we asked for was delivered promptly, it always seemed as if we were inconvenienceing her. If we called the front desk, she would hang up before we could finish our request.

We did ask for towels quite a bit, but we were here for a motorcycle rally (Ladies in Leather) and it was very hot, so multiple showers per day were taken, so i can understand some of her irritation.

Overall, while i was irritated with the lack of polite customer service and the dirty floors were a bit of a surprise, the stay was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. Linens were clean, soft, and smelled nice. The decor was simple but gave off a calm and cooling atmosphere. Breakfast was good! And our requests were met quickly and efficiently. I would stay here again.

Overall experience was great.the owner went out of his way to accommodate a requested i had considering i travel with a service dog for (medical reasons). The rooms are EXTREMELY clean and smell great.clean white sheets and beds come with 5 pillows most two star your lucky if you get 3! I can confidently said this hotel is far more than a 2 star hotel.two ladies i met at the front desk were really sweet girls and i appreciated their help! Patio/grill - fire place area outside.washer and dryers located in the gym area.everything was clean and well taken care of! Will definitely be staying here again!

Good Room and good service. Went to an event at Lamar University so it was close (about 14 minutes). The Main Event is walking distance so the family was able to enjoy this.

Immaculate room. Decent breakfast, but the eggs ran out by 8AM, and staff refused to replenish them. It is difficult to find; they need signage by the service road.

Very affordable. Stayed twice and felt safe and comfortable! The complimentary breakfast has a good variety and consistently good both times I’ve been. This has been a good roadtrip stop for my family and I. And you can’t beat how friendly the staff are at this location.

Second visit. We had the same room so I'm not sure how the bed got softer. Maybe they flipped it or replaced it or what. Only issue is getting to the place. The construction make it somewhat confusion to find but that's not the fault is of the hotel.

Only stayed a night. Was one out of two of the nicest hotels on our whole trip. In terms of price, clean room and amenities it takes first place though. Would recommend.

We stayed here in August of 2022 for just a night, but I wouldn't hesitate to book a longer stay here if I were in town again. The lobby and room were both clean and adequately furnished. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was good with a nice selection and dining area. What really took our stay over the top though was the staff. We came back from dinner where I had dripped some butter sauce on my new, white blouse. I asked the lady working at the front desk if they had any type of detergent or stain remover I might could use a bit of and she didn't hesitate. She showed me a couple of options and gave me a little cup of the one I chose along with a cloth to dab it with. I wish I had written down the name of it because it pulled that grease stain right out! I appreciated that kindness so much. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend.

Clean but mattresses obviously intended to be durable, not comfortable. The price was right, though.
