This was the best nails experience I’ve ever had! They did an AMAZING job, and they were the nicest people ever. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I HIGHLY recommend it! Very reasonably priced too!

In town visiting for work and visited Dazzle Nails Spa. A true gem! The staff were so kind and accommodating. Made appointments right before going. Had two friends who went along and hadn’t ever been to a nail salon before and they were so kind and patient and gave great education on services. Also, super transparent about pricing and very reasonable! 10/10 and would definitely visit again if given the opportunity.

Ugh! These people saved my life! I broke my natural nail so far up that I couldn’t just trim it. I’ve been in pain unable to do much. So I ran around downtown in full panic looking for a salon that would help me. Every single one turned me down saying they’re booked. I get it, it’s 6p I don’t have an appointment and they wanna go home but it’s one nail with regular polish. I don’t even need anything special just glue or that powder thing that makes it hard.

Anyways, I took a scooter all the way to dazzle cause I was determined. I walked in 20mins to close basically on my hands and knees and the young gentle man immediately sat me in a chair and like 4 or 5 other techs came over chitter chatting about ion know what but next thing I knew there was polish being slathered on and powder sprinkled. He even asked if it hurt and if I was ok. Literally my hero!

Gonna go and have a glass of wine after this!

I would say hands down the best place in Austin, but they are the best place in Austin and in the Bay Area. I used to live in Austin and heard about Dazzle from a friend of a friend. And they did not disappoint. I would come here every two weeks. I lived in Austin for a year and then moved back to the Bay Area. I come back to Austin once a month for work and I always stop here and get my nails done (yes their dip manicures last that long). I have tried everywhere near me in the Bay Area and I prefer to come back to Austin. Not only are they exceptional with nails they have the best customer service. These people quickly became my friends. If I could give 10 stars I would. Bottom line. Great service, great people and great nails. Just go

Waited almost 3 hours process for lumpy, uneven nails and even a basic french tip base the nail tech couldn’t do. First and last time coming here.

The establishment was clean, but it was difficult to explain what I needed as a service. The staff was not rude but was just sat down and worked on. I was not asked what package I would like (maybe they do not do that). As I was from out of town, it satisfied what I needed at the time.

I booked an appointment at Dazzle for the first time last weekend: I was very happy with my overall experience. The location is convenient, especially the parking lot. Everyone was kind and professional, making sure you were comfortable, offering water and Waterloos. I was very happy with my nails. Angela did a great job with my dips. I highly recommend and will be booking a return appointment.

They were so friendly and squeezed me in as a walk in. I'm from out of town and needed nails done for an event. They were very accommodating and friendly and nails look amazing!

I went in for a dip removal and redo. Once the dip was removed I realized my nails were too thin to do more dip on top of it so I told the nail tech I was going to do regular polish. He got mad and started grinding down my nails, including any regrowth all the way to my cuticles. At that point I refused the manicure as I needed to save my nails and gtfo. The lady at the front tried to charge me for a manicure, I showed her my nails but she still felt a need to ask the guy. Picture is what I left with… the pink is my skin under the nails. My nails are so thin I can feel the wind on them.

Meh. Okay little spot to go in a pinch. I would not suggest it for anything long term, as my dip powder only lasted just under 2 weeks before it started to chip.which has never happened to me before.

The guy who runs this place is the most kind, supportive, caring, and passionate person I have met. He is so welcoming and always makes me feel so good when I walk out of the salon. I highly recommend this place to anybody. My favorite nail salon in austin for sure!

I drive down from San Marcos to get my nails done because you simply can’t beat the price and quality of the service! Ask for Vanna she’s been my nail tech for years! 10/10 would recommend!

A friendly place and they generally do a really good job. But they shouldn't have messed up my friend's eyebrows.

Girlfriend went to this nail spa and came back and couldn’t stop complaining - they ripped her skin off, leaving blood marks and did a horrible job, see for yourself!

The nail tech left the nails in a horrible shape and didn’t even let her pick the color for her nails - yes they were busy, but she made an appointment in advance and should be taken care of and given proper services as a paying customer!
