DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions of San Antonio

I had some treatment at this office yesterday and I was very satisfied. I have been to other denture offices, but this is one of the best I have seen. Professional, fast, moderate cost. If you are in the San Antonio area and need extractions, dentures or dental implants you should try here first.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. The dental work is beyond reproach! I’m so glad I found a new dental home!

It is the way you want a dentist's office to be. I went in for a check-up and to get dental options. The office is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and particularly helpful with getting my documents filled out, and the dentist provided the information that I needed. I highly recommend it.

Dentures don't fit right never have after countless tries of realignment dentures are discolored shawdy workmanship not happy paid a lot of money for lousy work

I would give them a -10 if possible! I had a dental emergency, set up an appointment and when I got there for treatment I was told that since I had gone to Florida they would not see me until I quarantined for 14 days. They did not care that I wore masks whenever in public, had received both vaccines, and had absolutely no signs of being sick. They just kept telling me that their policy was that anybody that left the state had to be quarantine for 14 days. This was May 2021. That policy might’ve been valid at the beginning of Covid but was not valid at this time. Rather than run their office with updated practices they just use their policy as an excuse to not see patients. Why would anybody want to use a dental office that cares more about policy then they do treatment for their patients?

I was very excited to have this done! But now after i did i don't know if i chose the right location where i had the services done! Its been 6 weeks now that i can't chew they have already adjusted my lower denture 4 time and they can't seem to get it corrected, i know there just temporary because i got inplants have to use them for 6 mos for healing process, the top is perfect, I've all ready btold them it was made wrong, and the reception that's in charge never seems to want to listen to the situation she just over talks me and says well you just have to heal, so she's saying i have to suffer for 6 mos, when my Impressions were made had lower teeth but they were pushed out so the denture was made like that they didn't justify and scale back the new denture thats why they had to make 4 adjustments already because it was pushing forward and it was tearing up my lower inside gum, and that same reception said oh you just have to get used to it, now after so many time adjusting it now its to short and wont hols with denture adhesive I've already tryed 6 different brands and everyone didn't work but on the top denture it worked perfectly, I called them 2 days ago they have a recording that the office is closed due to an individual testing positive for the Covid19, and that will not open till Monday July 6th i left a message on the recorder thinking that they would at least check their messages and return my call but nothing yet, I will call them early Monday Morning to get something figured out.

Life changing! Extremely kind, compassionate Doctors and nurses. I needed ALOT of work, it had been years since I had seen a dentist. I arrived at 8am and was home with a new outlook on life by 6pm.

Dr. Ryan C is awesome. He takes time to talk to the patient and answer questions. Additionally, when it comes to pulling teeth, he is the BEST! Highly recommend this group of people.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Going back today for 1st visit after getting dentures yesterday. Little sore put doing good.

I took my mother here and the staff is great. Valerie is our tech and she is very caring. She addresses my mother's concerns.

Wait time is never long. All the employees are very attentive and friendly. Everything is explained thoroughly. They made me a temporary tooth (called a flipper) in their lab and it was ready the same day. Everything is going so well. The facility is very clean and neat. I would highly recommend DDS Dentures +Implant Solutions to everyone. Dr. Chenausky is the best.

I was so scared of the thought of dentures. All my fears were put to rest, thanks to the confidence instilled in me by the thoughtful staff at DDS.
There was no pressure to ' do this or do that'. I was well infomed and made my decision to get dentures, and later, implants.
Any time I needed to come in for an adjustment, or questions, I was seen quickly.

The people who answer the phones are rude and don't give you a chance to talk. Just hang up on you if you pause to long.never made the app.
