You have 8 people in line, 2 customers on the return lane but for you guys to have only one cashier. Will not be returning. Ridiculous

Great store good discounts item very good customer service from Lourdes in bra & underwear Dept she shows me all news items that just came in great salesperson keep her need more employees like her love shopping with her️

This place was so much cleaner than the ones I usually go to. I can find everything I need really quick

I can always find a good bag at this location but the clothes and shoes for big kids are limited

There were two coworkers that were so rude. There was 40 minutes into the store close and I was looking at some shirts and a lady said to me “mama’ the store is closing” and the the other co-worker told me “if I didn’t mind picking up the saddles on the floor” after she said that she mumble something under her breath and roll her eyes. It was so rude of them to act like that.

I love dd’s a lot because it’s really hard for me to find pants and shorts? Because I’m a taller guy I really enjoy shopping here also it’s really some great great prices thank you who every came up with the store it’s a Genius

The cashier was very rude. She kept taking customer instead of concluding with my transactions after my payment issue of failing to active my credit card was resolved. Because she made me feel as if my time was irrelevant, I refused to continue with the purchase of approximately $175.00 and left without the items. I will not return for such poor service at that location again.

Was treated like a CRIMINAL instead of a CUSTOMER! I had recently went shopping there for Christmas, when wrapping gifts I realized I left part of my purchase there. I called the store where the manager immediately screamed at me and said WELL WHERES YOUR RECEIPT. I told him I didn’t have it maybe that I left it in the bag. He then screamed and said NO WE DONT PUT THE RECEIPTS IN BAGS WE HAND THEM TO YOU. I said ok I can tell you exactly what was in the bag. I listed if off 3 items. He kept asking me what they were over and over like I was lying. Then said I only have 2 out of the 3 items that you listed so where is the 3rd. I said IDK maybe I’m another bag. The manager scoffs. I proceed to tell him the rest of the order that I have in my possession, so he can know I’m telling the truth. Finally I said sir I paid with a card you can look it up my transaction. He said yeah ok, come to the store. I get to the store and they call for a manager on duty. He looks right at me and continues to work. Then the girl in the front has to literally go get him. He gets to me and just said ok where’s your card. I give him my card and he proceeds to walk to the back. I ask him why is he taking my card back there when he can look it up on the register in the front. (I know this because I used to work for Ross in college) he says it’s because he needs it to look at the cameras. Which is BS.after 5 mins he comes back with my card and the bag. Didn’t offer and apology or anything. I asked him for the district managers number and he said he couldn’t give it out. Then gave me the 1-800 number. I asked for the store number and his name. I believe he gave me a fake name. I immediately called cooperate. Of course they were appalled. I am waiting to hear back from the district manager.

This may not be your Macy's dept.store, but if your pocket is limited it is a great place to shop.

It was extremely clean and neat and easy to look for what I needed. Was able to go in an out. Only negative is that location did not have a big selection like other DD's. Donnie checked me out and was so nice and professional so was the lady standing at the door but her name tag had no name on it or I'd give her kudos personally too

Staff could direct u to what u wanted however the store could stand to be a little more organized.things seemed to be just thrown around. Kind of reminded me of a large garage sale.

I started shopping here recently. The selection and prices are amazing for someone like me with a strict budget. I don't like shopping and I don't dress very well but that doesn't exist when I'm here. I picked out some great outfits recently, even some I wore for a professional photo shoot. I was able to find clothes and shoes that fit my super TALL teenager because he wears men sizes now. If I had some extra money right now, I would be planning a trip here for some fall/winter boots and more shoes for my son.
Now the lines get ridiculous with long waits but that could be because it's the end of the year and people are holiday shopping. I'm not sure if it's this way normally.
