dd's DISCOUNTS, Cockrell Hill TX

It used to be a great, clean DDs with a great selection and amazing White and Hispanic employees to shop at. Now it’s full of rude black people.

The lady that waited on me Pilar was very Rude, never made eye contact, just Plain out Rude, I guess because she was the only cashier doing sales and returns, my first time at this store and last.

Omg, to all the Africans Americans women, this is a great location for us. It has more urban ware and plus sizes for our curves. I dnt just pick over items.

Employees from this store are super dude. Their customer service is the worst. I’m from California and the staff from Dd’s are super nice every time someone walks in the store is always greeted with welcome to Dd’s and here is like ok you guys are rude. Not even a have a great day nothing.

Dd's Discounts is same people that own Ross. Price a bit higher but that was expected. It like thrift town but stuff is better quality than thrift town. On comparison, Marshall's would be high on price, than dd's Discounts and Ross, and the lowest is thrift town.

Constantly watching me around the store like I was trying to steal or something. I DO NOT Recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would.

It's got ok prices but only one girl checking people out and even though they were not very busy it took her almost five minutes to quit talking to the lady she was checking out just so I could check out with the three shirts I bought. Will not go back to that place

This place is nuts! The prices are good, but, the selection is so wide and varied it’s hard to make sense of the store.

Pretty chaotic and messy. They only had 2 cashiers working on a busy day and the security guard was very rude.

Horrible customer service. Curly haired hispanic cashier had a line of 8 people waiting to pay around 8pm today and was on her phone several times while people were waiting to be checked out.

Kitchen, home car decor is easily available.
Even we can buy electronics like headphones, torches, chargers, hair straightner, trimers.

WOW! This morning was a great day to be in dd's DISCOUNTS (sadly I did not have a lot of time) there was hardly anyone in the store I found some great buys as always! As long as you make it before everything's picked over and bought out. LOL. Thank you DD'S!

Loved this store. Very first time there and I'm coming back. Just can't beat the prices

Always organized or cleaned up in my opinion when I go. The selection is full. And it is located by other shopping plazas/restaurants so that's a plus. Only downfall is the customer service. It's always average. You get people who just don't care and just want to scan your stuff and get you out of there. Wish they were friendly but won't stop going just because of it.
