4I filed my taxes with Martha and I never received them, went to the irs and got confirmed that I never got it because it was under identity fraud… very disappointed. And still till this day I haven’t received them: (
We tried to go get our income taxes done on two different occasions and they were scheduled to be open but both times we have gone they are closed without notice. The calendar and times they have posted are not accurate, this is very unprofessional. My husband and I have both missed work to try to go today when they were supposed to be scheduled to be open and of course we show up and waited 30 minutes outside along with other clients and no one shows up.
Great experience! Ive been with Martha for 3 yrs now and yet to have a bad experience. More so Im the bad experience!
Yes wait times are very long but its TOTALLY worth every minute bx at the end of the day you KNOW you are being taken care of NOT taken advantage of.
Martha is very knowledgeable we’ve been doing our taxes there for the past 8 years, be ready to spend some time due to a big list of people but is worth the wait
