These people don't help you if you don't have money and they are postponing your court year after year. They pass

I’ve had a claim going on for almost 2 years and my lawyer nor his assistant have been keeping me in the loop. I’ve mainly been in contact with his assistant Annie and a couple of months ago i noticed she disconnected her phone number when i’d try to reach out; then i called the office and she called me from her new number and i got an update. Some more months have gone by and when i try to reach out to that number her new number has also been disconnected. I called the office to leave messages for a callback in regards to my claim and nobody has reached out yet and i’m going on 2 years. I think it is unprofessional for this to be happening. They do not communicate and i’m left in the dark with everything it’s ridiculous. I’ve tried to be patient but no call back after many attempts of trying to get in contact with my lawyer is kind of ridiculous. Hopefully they see my review and get back to me, i need an update i’m losing my patience.i understand these processes are lengthy but no updates? Really? I’d leave less than 1 star if i could.
