DearOnes on Hulen is not only a beautiful and interactive facility. Ms. Bell and her staff are professional and welcoming. They work diligently to ensure a safe and creative learning experience, from the infant room all the way through pre-school. Teachers undergo regular trainings, and professional development to continue to meet the educational, social, emotional and developmental needs of their classes. DearOnes has exceeded my expectations in consistent communication, care, and genuine love for every family that walks through their doors!

I’m so glad we found Dear Ones when we did a year ago. This has been the best daycare for my 3 year old and I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. They genuinely care about my son and it shows. My son feels safe and loved when he’s here and that is the best feeling for a parent. They have worked so hard with him and have tremendous patience and he has shown so much growth because of them! Mrs. Tish, Mrs. Lowe and Mrs. Tiffany know what they are doing and deserve all the respect and recognition for their work here! If you are looking for a caring and safe supportive environment for your little one I highly recommend Dear Ones! Thank you guys! We love you!

I toured this facility while still pregnant with my daughter and it was clean, smelled good and appeared well organized. The director and assistant director were great and friendly! I enrolled my daughter that day and she has been going since she was a newborn (she is now 1). There are big windows for you to view into the rooms as they do not allow parents/visitors into the classroom to keep it germs away. There is always a lesson plan/schedule posted as well per classroom. The teachers are very loving and care about the kids and it’s mutual as my daughter definitely be happy to leave me at drop off. They do a great job on following the schedules set for kids and keep you informed about everything AHEAD of time - some examples are being low on diapers/wipes, she did not like/refused to eat this baby food but she liked this or that, she is refusing to drink from this sippy cup etc, which is very helpful when I’m shopping for her and packing her bag everyday. From the cleanliness, friendliness, care/love to the safety and ease of the center I have no doubt this is the best center for my daughter.

Went to this place to register my child and the director complained about my child the whole time even though she is only 2 she said she probably had special needs or something just because she was very active and climbing stuff which all kids do at that age i wouldn’t recommend anyone else here it looks like they are racist and only want well behaved kids which is impossible cuz all kids are energetic I was very disappointed with my experience I really liked the old director this new lady is not it

I had the strangest tour. As a parent you want the best for your kids so I just want to share my experience. Upon arrival I was greeted by a woman. The place seemed very clean but I noticed the 3 year old room was very small. The teacher looked frustrated with her hands on her hips telling a child what to do, then looked at me and smiled when the door opened. You have to prepare all of your child’s food, at least for pre-k, they don’t have a cook which is super inconvenient. I saw a cart to the left of me near the front desk with kids prepared food on it. That same tray was sitting out after my tour. I was there for more than 30 minutes, the food should be in a fridge until ready to serve. Most food is perishable. They have a book room with a TV. The woman said they have “tv time” I have never in my life heard of that for preschool or any daycare. Regardless of what show it is, what is a child learning from watching tv at school. I feel like instead of TV time lesson plans with curriculum to teach the child should be given. My child is almost 4. School is for learning not watching TV. When I asked if I could see inside of the classroom I was told “no” as she pointed to the sign on the door that said parents do not enter, wait for teacher to bring child to you (not the exact words on the sign) but along the lines of that, then she did a fake laugh which made me feel dumb. I asked if they had a daily schedule and she responded yes. I asked if I can see it and she said “go head” like what? I can’t go in to see the classroom but I can go in to take a picture of the lesson plan? ! Strange. As we walked down the hall to see the other rooms, there was a teacher shouting at one of the kids. She looked stunned when she discovered she was being watched. Lastly I asked how a normal day goes and was told it changes everyday. They don’t have a set schedule and that the kids can be placed in different rooms depending on the day. This place gave me bad vibes and I rushed out the door. Thankfully I found a better fit for my child and hope that anyone looking for a daycare or preschool pays close attention during their tour here.
