These guys are the real deal. Super easy to work with and they get the job done quick. Zero hassle with these guys. Just the way it should be.

Called to get tank filled after moving into new house that was already serviced by them. When Doug came out to fill after inspecting house said everything was installed incorrectly and refused to fill the tank for safety reasons. However, had a plumber come out who said everything is exactly to code, and he had no idea what he was talking about. Huge waste of time. Glad to be using a different company who was also cheaper!

First time customer and Doug’s professional demeanor and recommendations were spot on. Will absolutely be asking for him by name again if the need arises. Thanks again!

Reese was awesome l am widowed and thought my gage was broken. Apparently I'm not using as much gas as I use to and was afraid my gage was broken. When I called Decatur-Bowie Propane, Reese came out checked everything and told me I had a full tank. I told him to go ahead and charge me for a visit he said he was just down the road from his last visit so he was already in my area. He was the nicest, kind fellow and your company is lucky to have an employee as Reese. Thank you Mr. Reese for helping ease my mind today and taking care of me today.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Service rep was very rude and unfriendly. Nothing, but rude unnecessary comments the entire ordeal.

Called and set up appointments to have a tank installed. I waited 3 months for tanks to come in then waited another 3 weeks for a site visit. Was told everything is approved and we will have the site visit then get the tank installed. Got a call the morning of the site visit saying we cannot do your job but we can sell you a tank outright for 3k plus install. Would not do anything to work with me or what I was already told by employee. Now I am almost 4 months behind on getting propane installed. Do not use this company they do not honor their word nor do they have any regard to how these set back affect the customer.

Decatur propane provides the best service. Very professional, timely fill service, knowledgeable and moved my tank the day it had to be moved. Highly recommend!
