Mixed feelings about Deep Cuts. Sausage and rubs are fantastic, with a huge variety that all deliver a punch! Ordered a brisket & at the time the website said it was Prime but the package said Choice. The one I received also had the largest contrast between a flat and point that I'd ever seen, which was a disappointment considering I'd just paid $100 for a cut of beef I could have hand selected for half the price at my normal butcher. Still tasted great at the end of the day, just may not be necessary to spend this kind of premium to achieve the same result. Staff is really friendly and helpful, so that's a positive!

This butcher shop is outstanding! You will find an amazing variety of meats and gourtmet produtcs, but you should try their meal! Their roasted beef sandwich is one of the best meat sandwich that you ever try. Highly recommend this butcher shop!

Their chicken is insane! If you want to know what real chicken taste like … go get yourself some chicken! You will be shocked what real chicken tastes like! They are the only place that doesn’t dip the chicken in bleach! If you did not know chicken in every grocery store is dipped in BLEACH! That is a standard practice for large chains! Organic or not. This is the only place that doesn’t poison the the food before you buy it! Thank you!

This place is great! We have been coming here for years. You can really taste the difference in your meat here vs grocery stores etc. You must try their sausages and Fresno chilli sauce - it’s too good. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Support your small business owners!

This place is amazing very clean very friendly atmosphere and always eager to help you figure out what you want and how to get it cut which I appreciate alot. They have some chicken and pork but mainly beef of all kinds.

I've been shopping here since they only had the small shop. I was so happy to see them expand. I don't care where you live in the Dallas area if you want a great product and wonderful customer service this is the place to go to. Thank you!

Their sausages are very good. My wife likes it. Whole foods sausages are way too salty. Better to buy from a specific butcher shop such as this

Had some waygu ribeye from this place yesterday. Absolutely amazing.
They know what they are doing, and were super nice and helpful
