Deerbrook Mall reviews
14Great stores lots to do here. And the Chinese food is to die for. #orange chicken with rice.
I like coming to this mall because its not overly crowded and it has all the right stores for my needs! Good food selection aswell.
Malls are a dying thing. I hate to see them go. This mall was great to go in and walk around. We loved going to all the stores!
I can see this place being closed down in the next decade everybody does online shopping it seems like people are.over here hanging out more than actually spending time inside stores actually spending money shopping. Car lots are constantly getting cars broken I to with glass all over the place. Just shut it down already
The mall used to be the go to mall for a hundred miles but it has become small and the stores are very over priced. The theater is nice but again over priced both for the movie and the snacks. The escalators are always broken although it did look like they are trying to do some work on them. Over all I would go to the Woodlands Mall.
It’s a mall. Not sure what more could be said. Nothing bad or great about malls these days.
I love going here I've been going here my whole life. There's many different stores to visit and the food court has different varieties of food to buy. The mall also has a movie theater.
Nice to see an actual mall. I feel they're all being torn down and replaced with strip malls. Many shopping options in here, but the food court is quite small. Plenty parking. Movie theater also. Clean.
My first time going with last year and I just enjoy the scenery and one or two other places I ate it was great
Extremely disappointed with Deerbrook Mall right now. I took my 9 year old son and one of his friends to see a movie there on 07/08/23, and upon entering the mall, we discovered that the stairway to the second level was closed for maintenance. I'm disabled and have trouble walking. I inquired with one of the workers on the stairway as to how we could access the second floor, and he instructed us to proceed down to the end of the mall and take the elevator up to the second floor, pointing us towards the elevator. Note that there are 2 sides to the stairway, and rather than closing one side at a time to allow people access to the other side, maintenance chose to close off both sides at the same time. Upon walking the distance down to the elevator, we find a sign in front of the elevator that it is out of order. Left with no other option, we then have to walk through the length of the mall to the other end to access the stairs down there. By then I am in a great deal of pain from all of the unnecessary walking that I had to do due to the instructions of the mall staff. Then to top it all off, when we finally get to the theater, check in, pick up our tickets and prepare to enter the theater for the movie, we are told that the theater that our movie is showing in has no air conditioning, the ac unit is broken and it is very hot, so we can either bear with the heat or be refunded for our tickets. We chose the refund, but AMC only gave me the actual face value of the tickets, and would not refund the processing fees that they charged me for purchasing the tickets through the AMC website, an approximate $7.00 additional.
This was a totally wasted trip at the cost of a whole lot of unnecessary pain and inconvenience due to the misdirections of the mall staff, and the inconvenience from AMC theater at the mall over their air conditioning issues and only partial refund when their own staff suggested the refund to me because of their theater issues, and neglecting to mention anything about the ac issue when I had called them right before entering the mall to find out about their process for picking up the tickets, and giving them the movie name and time that we were to attend.
Always seem to get what I come in here for. Various shopping stores. I feel safe parking my vehicle in the parking lot as well.
Great Mall and lots of good stores, but be prepared to pay an extra $75 when traffic cameras mail you a ticket. Right Turns on Red (even if not posted) are illegal. Speed traps. I'd rather drive to Woodlands Mall. Gas is cheaper than tickets!
Very clean establishment, friendly staff and Al around awesome environment! We will be back SOON!
