The care I have received by my provider here has always been a great experience. Each provider I have seen has taken their time and never in a rush, I feel like they actually listen to me and they answer all my questions.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS OFFICE! For years I lived in pain and constantly being told I needed to make lifestyle changes to combat it. I finally found a doctor who listened to me. One year later and I still see Dr Lacy Kessler with no pain! The front desk ladies are IMPECCABLE and sweet. They discuss every detail regarding scheduling, payments and necessary information. The imaging team makes you comfortable and maintain your privacy and modesty and the lab people are understanding and so gentle. I could never recommend a place anymore than I already do this office. These ladies ROCK!

Deerwood Womens Clinic is the best environment and care.
All of the Dr's and The staff are amazing and always smiling. I see Dr. Remsing and when i say, "i feel more heard and valued than I ever have, " i mean it, she is honestly Amazing. I highly recommend making an apt with this amazing clinic. You definitely will get the best care you ever have?

Dr. Voige is a fantastic doctor. I couldn’t have asked for a better provider to get me through pregnancy. She listened to all of my concerns and never made me feel silly or dismissed. I’d highly recommend her to anyone!

My son has blood condition after they checked and drown blood many times still doesn’t know what’s wrong even sent it to specialist and labs Beta thalassemia this blood condition you can check when pregnant
I found out after he was born check by the State new born screen
And the day I was due Dr Kessler not even there some dr i never met before have to do my c section and please don’t delete my review again

The worst clinic I have gone, and definitely won't be there again. The staff is rude and not care about the patients.

I very rarely post negative reviews but if I could give this office 0 stars - I would.

I have been a patient here for multiple years working with a PA who recently left and never had an issue with my yearly well women's exam. When I got pregnant, my care was transferred to Dr Kessler.

I am a self pay patient and have never had any issues with any other medical office. I pay what I owe at the time of service and it’s done. Deerwood for 3 of 3 apts messed up my billing totaling me a loss of $1,200+ for me because of incorrect billing on their part. I called and left 5+ unreturned messages over 3 weeks time for their billing manager Ann. I was told this is not uncommon complaint for this employee. I then received a bill for services I did not receive that I refused to pay. The refusal of that bill finally prompted them calling me back.

Then I receive a call this week to let me know they have canceled my unpaid balance and I have a refund check of $300 waiting for me at the front desk, so I stopped by and picked it up. I assumed it was for a partial of the incorrect billing on their part that I’ve already paid. But today I received a call today that they would like that check back because it was given to the wrong patient… they said they were going to call and stop payment on the check if I didn’t bring it back…

For your own sake, find another provider. This one not only doesn’t return phone calls or take responsibility for their actions, even asking for a check back? !

I love this clinic and the entire staff! I went here my entire pregnancy and Dr. Kessler delivered my baby. I highly recommend Dr. Kessler! She is very kind and professional! She will listen to any and all of your questions and not leave until you are finished. Nurse Rebecca is the sweetest person and so helpful! I always looked forward to seeing both of them at my appointments and miss them now that my appointments are over!
I had a healthy pregnancy but any time I felt uneasy about anything, they were quick to check everything to reassure me. I also tend to pass out when getting blood drawn, but the phlebotomist was very patient with me and helpful when I needed it. They allowed me to lay down in a reclining chair instead of going to the lab room and allowed me to lay for for as long as I needed until I felt okay. They never rushed me at all and I really appreciated that.
I love this place so much and will recommend it to anyone looking for an OBGYN!

I went in for an appointment to get put on birth control in june.it is now august and i still haven’t received my nexplanon implant.i called constantly trying to get updates and they claimed they didn’t know an ETA then later claimed they messed up the spelling with my name so they had to put in the order for it once again. I was calling constantly and one lady told me they had one there and i could use that one if needed.when i brought it up to another lady she quickly cut me off and told me the lady i previously talked to wasn’t in office and would return the following tuesday. I am moving in 3 days and made it very clear to them i wanted it before then.i even let them know i was moving back in june when i had my first appointment.there’s no sense of urgency and they all claimed different things.will not be returning here nor will i recommend this place to anyone.

Please for the love of all things holy get new receptionists - I get put on the hold the second I call and then just sit there and never get to talk to someone. Literally trying to cancel an appointment and I can’t. I’ll hang up and redial “can you please hold”. Sits on hold for 30 minutes. Hangs up calls again “can you please hold? ” HOLD FOR WHAT WHY AM I HOLDING? So frustrating.

The worst went since it was just Kessler after the others were added no one seems to care about actually treating a patient I’m a 21 yo who needed help at the age of 16 cried in the office begging for some one anyone to help me with a issue I was having here I am 5 years later finally got the courage to switch and all along I wasn’t crazy. Not everyone has a mom to help guide them through woman hood so you’d think ad a doctor you’d try to be a bit more caring when they’re balling in your office.

This office is really great. I went here in January to get my scheduled pap done. I had Kim and she was super sweet. I had explained to her how my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for about a year with no success and she encouraged me to start using ovulation strips. I was pregnant less than two months later!

I now see dr. Kessler and she’s just the absolute sweetest. She really makes you feel heard and at ease. I’m a very anxious person so this is really important to me. She is calming but also tells you like it is. The nurses at Deerwood are also very kind. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the whole staff and they all make you feel very welcomed. I know I’m in good hands while I’m here.

Bre is absolutely wonderful, not just in her dermoplane and hydro facial abilities, but in her demeanor and sweet personality. I truly feel like I’m in therapy when I’m getting a facial because she is just so kind and gracious. I leave feeling better both externally and internally because of Bre!

If you have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to make a new patient appointment. This isnt the place the me.
Very disappointed

I see Dr. Remsing and she is truly amazing! I had been navigating a lot of unbelief and dismissive drs on some symptoms I had and Dr. Remsing has graciously listened and followed up so well with me. She takes time to explain, cares for you as a person, and is just an amazing Dr. She’s the kind of OBGYN that we all want in our corner!

Their aesthetics practice is amazing. Highly recommend Bre and all the services she does! Best Hydrafacial around!
