Dr. Diaz is just great and really cares that's means a lot she goes beyond all expectations and I'm just thankful she's my grandsons Doctor and the nurses are great too. Keep up the good work.

The doctors and nurses that we have seen in the clinics at Dell Children's have taken care of my children superbly. They listen. They empathize. They tell my children pros and cons so that my children know what to expect from differ ts options and to help us make informed decisions.

The pediatric lab staff (2 ladies) are very rude and not trained to draw blood, we walked in and they started poking my daughter like they’ve never drew blood before.very unpleasant experience
Dealing with kids isnt easy but being professional and caring is a must in all facilities
I do not recommend their labs at all
But The lady on the front desk was very friendly and fast

Love the new space but wasn’t thrill about paid parking! Why they don’t validate we are parents and grandparents of kids with special needs

Dr. Diaz is great. She genuinely cares for patients and it shows. Our son is continuing to show improvement. Thank you!

Dr. Simon is always very thorough when discussing my daughter’s condition. I appreciate that he takes the time to discuss options and educates us as we are navigating the best course of treatment for her.

The imaging center is highly unorganized and the nurses do not seem like pediatric trained nurses. The place was empty the day we went so there was no excuse. Inpatient nurses are lovely. Outpatient imaging you might as well go to ARA and save yourself the trip.

This was our first experience with a child being admitted to a hospital, and we were extremely well taken care of. Each person we saw was super patient and communicative with us. They were great and explaining everything to us and our daughter. They made sure to talk to her and not just about her in front of her. They made sure she was comfortable and calm as well, offering many types of therapy and activities to her while we were there. Her favorite was the visit from the therapy dog.:)

We were referred to Dr Diaz for a facial strawberry hemangioma and she was great! Very explanatory, patient, and thorough! Staff is friendly from check in to nurses and parking was easy and efficient.

I always appreciate the friendly professionals at this place that excel at making my child and myself feel comfortable and confident.

Our experience was fantastic. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. There was not a long wait time. The nurse did great with my daughter trying to make sure she was happy. Dr. Varshney did amazing with my daughter, as well. She was so informative and answered all of my questions as a concerned parent. It was a great experience. Thank y’all for everything!

CCC loves my son and we love the staff. Dr. Berhane takes care of my son, and she makes sure I'm taken care of, too.

My son has been seeing Dr. Joseph Tayar for more than a year now. Dr. Tayar is always so patient and kind which is super assuring for parents. Highly recommend him for Pediatric Pulmonology!

This was the worse experience ever! I went THREE TIMES hoping they would help my 10 month old baby because she was having really bad fever and not eating and I waited over 7 hrs each time! All they kept saying you’re next, you’re next, and NOTHING WORST HOSPITAL EVER PLEASE DONT COME HERE. Go anywhere else but here.

We saw Dr. Simon. His office staff was kind and professional. Even though the doctor was running a little late, our visit with him was not rushed. He cared for our son and listened to our concerns. Thank you+
