BUYER BEWARE! I bought a used vehicle that was faulty, I asked the worker that offer to show it to me, after I told him how much trouble I was having with my then vehicle that by the way was getting service that is how I got to this place. He told me that it was a great vehicle. Well after months of using it, I had problems with it, after taking it to them, they got it back on all I paid was some fees. Well after 4 months I had the same problem, we went through the same process but this time they didn't fix it, and I ended up paying for more than before. Now I am stuck with a broken vehicle and I have to walk to my job in an area that has been having a high levek of crimes lately. I wish they would of been honest and told me it was faulty. I am in no position to be dishing out money for repairs for poor service, specially when I am going through a family crisis.

COMPRADOR TENGA CUIDADO! Compré un vehículo usado que estaba defectuoso, le pregunté al trabajador que me lo ofreció que me lo mostrara, luego de decirle cuántos problemas estaba teniendo con mi vehículo que por cierto estaba recibiendo servicio, así es como llegué a este lugar. Me dijo que era un gran vehículo. Bueno, después de meses de usarlo, tuve problemas con él, después de llevárselo, lo arreglaron todo lo que pagué fueron algunas tarifas. Bueno, después de 4 meses tuve el mismo problema, pasamos por el mismo proceso, pero esta vez no lo solucionaron y terminé pagando más que antes. Ahora estoy con un vehículo descompuesto y tengo que caminar hasta mi trabajo en una area donde hay un alto incremento de crimenes. Ojalá hubieran sido honestos y me hubieran dicho que estaba defectuoso. No estoy en posición de gastar dinero para reparaciones por mal servicio, especialmente cuando estoy atravesando una crisis familiar.

Very rude and unprofessional. I stood in the lobby for 10 mins and had to call the phone number on the wall to get someone to greet me. The man came in to answer the phone and still didn't acknowledge me. He was ver rude. I felt extremely unwelcomed I would not recommend using their services

Took my 03 yukon here and had them perform engine work, two belts replacement, I didn't understand how I payed for this specific problem. Two weeks later today, I went back to report this problem and the guys acted very unprofessional and my family felt uncomfortable. I knew attitude was coming about so I politely ask for my vehicle keys and escorted my family away. Do not take a chance, they'll tell you about another problem and experience is a must

The staff is very rude I sat for 20minutes be when someone finally helped. They had no customers when they finally came to help they asked me for the tools. I won’t come back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend money here.

Great service and nice customer service. This is a place I can trust to go. They took care of my car very well. Outstanding job.

Poor and rude service. Waited to be help and the 2 guys and the counter left and no one would help me, I left and seen them talking outside pointing at me. I will not be back and wouldn't recommend them.

Went to have brakes bled called them first swore they could do it sat there 4 a couple of hrs they couldnt do it and charged me for a service they never completed i was told they bled them multiple times and still had the same problem when i showed up i wouldn't recommend them to no one

I got an oil change and my inspection done at the same time. When I left the shop I noticed my front windshield on the passenger side was full of oil. I opened the hood and found the engine bay with oil splattered all over. I went back to tell them and they said that they had a "small oil spill".

So that tells me that they knew oil was all over the vehicle but did not even bother to try and clean it up. They wiped the engine bay down and the windshield but you can still see all the residual oil left everywhere.

I understand accidens happen but at least tell me what happened and clean up your mess and I would not have an issue with it.

Not saying anything tells me that they were hoping I did not notice anything.

Worst service ever had a mechanic named Larry off ells work on it after he did my car wont even start all of a sudden he says i need a motor and i didn't have that problem before and it was running.now it wont start. They are scammers lousy service and sad part it it didn't make it to light after i left
