Dr. Howard listens to patients' concern and always come up with a way to make you smile or laugh when you are in so much pain Dr. Howard is the best pain management doctor I have had been his patient for almost three years since I left Duncanville location to drive Richardson because he shows empathy to his patients and his staff is friendly and courteous.

Dr. Howard listened to all my pain issues. I am going back next week for treatment. Today was a consultation only.

Dr. Howard and his entire staff from the receptionist to the nurse's assistants have greeted me with nothing short of Aggressive Hospitality and comfort while I deal with pain management.

Dr Howard is an amazing outstanding physician, absolutely the best. However, I don’t like the group the third-party people that answer the phone when you call.

Staff really don’t act like they care. I waited an hour and a half in the patient room before doctor came in to see me. Not once did staff come in to check on me. Not the first time this has happened.

I like Dr Howard well enough, but I have issues with him refilling my medication. I dont know why he has a hard time going through the correct channels to get my medications filled. I hope he figures it out.

One of the few Doctors I have seen ever that spends the time with you, listens, knowledgeable in his field, cares about the patient I see a lot of Drs and let me tell you he's one of those very few like I can count on one hand few Drs left that wants to help the patient and genuinely cares about the patient.
