DeNiel Foot and Ankle Center - Ejodamen Shobowale, DPM, Houston TX

I found this practice on Zocdoc and it was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and professional.

I came in from out of town due to a national service provider booking the appt here and even though my appt had been double booked, the staff was super accommodating, thoroughly informative about the laser and post treatment care, very thorough during the procedure and patient even while I had to handle a cc issue. I left feeling immediately more comfortable in my shoes and will be making the trip for follow up treatments because it was well worth it; especially in comparison to previous treatments in El Paso.

Just had a ingrown removal it was painless i felt nothing it was very fast as well i had anxiety at first but she made me comfortable!

All the staff are amazing plus Dr Sho she is amazing! They care about their patients like they are family.

I had an amazing experience I finally found a doctor who listened to ALL of my concerns and addressed all of my problems one by one. I thought I was just coming in for a consultation but Dr. Shobowale immediately told me I could have some of my issues resolved during my first visit. I’ve been to many doctors and NONE of them reviewed my X-rays like she did. I so grateful to have found a doctor who wasn’t dismissive to my “cosmetic” concerns either. Dr. Shobowale cared about each issue I brought to her attention. I’m happy I flew from Georgia to visit her office. Her office staff was phenomenal and extremely kind hearted. I appreciated her automated systems with the reminder emails and text, and I loved how my new patient paperwork was emailed to me so that I didn’t feel rushed in office with signing the documents. This saved a lot of time and I was able to have a small procedure done, set appointments for follow ups and discuss future surgery options, while still having plenty of time to make my flight back home because of the efficiency of everyone at DeNiel.

I was scouring the internet for a good podiatrist. I came across DeNiel Foot and Ankle Center, and I’m SO happy that I did! As soon as I set up my appointment online through their web page I was sent my appointment time through text; that helped me set a reminder not to forget. Pretty much every day after that I was text a reminder from them to not forget my appointment which was nice! The staff was so kind to me, I was self pay so they were very thorough about telling me what the price would be for my procedure. Before, during, and after my procedure (ingrown toenail) I was taken care of a reassured due to my nervousness. I left with an
aftercare kit/instructions for taking care of my toe, appointment for the next check up, and my receipts. I’m a happy patient and will be referring everyone with foot trouble to this establishment! Thank y’all again!

This clinic was able to get me in quickly. They were friendly and thorough during my initial evaluation today!

This place run by some greedy people, they will try to sell you everything with high price and will ruin your credit history for the appointments you haven’t made.

Dr. Shobowale and her staff were excellent. All the staff were absolutely lovely and kind. Dr. Shobowale quickly diagnosed my issue and outlined my options. Check-in was efficient and thorough. So very happy I found DeNiel Foot and Ankle Center.

I was very pleased with my first visit.
I was a bit scared coming in but as soon as I entered the office I was met by the receptionist. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The triage nurse was very kind and took the time to asked about why I was there. The Physician was Amazing! She made me feel welcomed the moment she entered the room. Took the time to listen and was genuinely concerned about my pain. Was Patient in multiple occasions since I would forget her instructions. When we got to the injection part. I was very scared and felt her support through the whole process. Her wonderful scriber even came to my aid and helped me out. Overall I was very satisfied with my first visit and will come again.

Great staff from the beginning of the visit until the end. I absolutely love Dr. Sho's bedside manner. She made me so comfortable for my procedure. I'm terrified of needles but she helped me through the injection to feel at ease. Ms. Pat was awesome too helping me stay calm for my procedure. I look forward to my next visit.

Great experience from the moment I walked in! Smiling faces at the front and a knowledgeable staff. Very professional atmosphere. Only caviat is that I had to wait an hour each time for my appointment because they were back logged but an overall great experience!

All and all, a great staff, easy to talk with, and answered all my questions. I really liked the doctor. She was great to work and very informative.

The doctor is a great podiatrist she has treating me for several foot problems and all of them with great success. Right I am seeing her for my toe. And I Am. Please with her.treatment She is the queen of podiatrist profession.

Pat the nurse there was helpful through out the initial process, and Dr. Shobowale was knowledgeable. The experience overall was good, although the end result could've been better, my foot went back to hurting.
