I, want to say is I'm a REPEATED CUSTOMER at DENNIS EAKIN KIA DEALERSHIP. I, have NEVER walked away UNHAPPY. I ALWAYS get 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE. I, make sure that I do my CHEXJ LUST before I go in to get a car. I make sure I'm in a GIOD MOOD and I have all of my check stub and refrence ready and check my credit score before I purchase a car. Most of all I make sure what price range I can afford and I can afford car payments. I want to THANK YOU Joseph in the finance department for going beyond to get me excepted and also THANK YOU Jeff for going BEYOND to show me the cars I wanted. THANK YOU for your PATIENCES with me and LISTENING to what I want. BOTH of two GENTLEMEN are AMAZING. From the first communication from the internet department (Larissa, who was so prompt and efficient in her duties I thought she was my sales person, haha), to our sales rep (Lashanda, who was unbelievably FUN and an absolute pleasure to deal with), to the warm welcome and caring demeanor shown by the finance manager (here is where her name fails me, but she exuded confidence and professionalism), my experience was among the best I’ve ever had in my 30 years of buying vehicles. They are really easy to find. Work really hard to help get you into the vehicle your wanting, and with a payment you'll love too. It didn't take long at all to buy my Jeep. I think I was there altogether maybe 2 hours.

I generally have a good experience when having my car serviced at Dennis Eakin. I like to schedule early morning appointments for oil changes etc, and usually am out of there within an hour at most.
