Denny's, Katy TX

Service and food were good. Was disappointed that they changed their free birthday breakfast. I went for my free meal and did not get it and ended up spending $17. So much for that.

This location was on point. Although it was busy as heck, they were able to seat us and complete our orders with precision and in a timely fashion!

Big ups! This is a finely tuned, we'll oiled machine!

I love Denny's. Everyone can order whatever they want at any time of the day. Courteous servers and very attentive.

Hugely popular at brunch hours compared to nearby Denny's locations. It appears to be the newest and cleanest inside and out of the restaurant. Waitresses and food are excellent, especially my favorite Chicken Addiction Bowl. Wish I had discovered this location sooner; will definitely frequent this location.

Good, fresh food. Cooked well. Went here after having a few drinks at a main event nearby. Had the smart something, egg whites and spinach.

We go to the Dennys on 290 and Fry Rd a lot and their food is better.
The food we got today was not that good. They cut back on a few things here and there and we felt the taste and quality wasn't up to par like the other one on 290.
Also, their prices are a tad higher and the service was just not very attentive.

Employees, Humberto and Terry, at Fry Rd Katy, Tx.were absolutely fantastic by checking on us periodically and they were friendly throughout. We were very impressed with their way of service.

IN MY 70'S AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE HORRIBLE SERVICE MY FRIEND AND I HAD AT DENNY'S ON TEXMATIC IN KATY TX. FIRST WE WAITED FOR A SERVER TO COME. WE ORDERED COFFEE AND LUNCH AND AFTER WE ATE WANTED A REFILL AND WAITED 20 MIN. THEN DISCOVERED THAT THE SERVER WAS SITTING BEHIND US AT A TABLE OF 4 PEOPLE WHICH MUST HAVE BEEN HER FAMILY. SHE WAS TOO BUSY VISITING AND FORGOT ABOUT US. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TWO MEN IN THE FAR CORNER. TWO TABLES AND WE COULD NOT GET SERVICE. AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD TIPPER AND SHE DID GET 20 PERCENT. HORRIBLE! WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS.

Our server was great but the cook had NO idea that eggs Benedict is made with poached eggs let alone HOW to poach an egg! Tried serving fried eggs TWICE! When I finally got them poached the whites were not cooked through.

After a long night of fun, ending up at Dennys is a must. They were great. It meant a lot that our waitress said she really enjoyed having us. 5 adults and 7 children.

I came in very late with my kids and nephews. They had a long day so they woke up at around 11pm hungry so we came in our server was tired and even let us know. I wasn’t to impressed with the food. But I appreciate you being open so late.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I found a hair on my skillet and brought it to my waitresses attention, she then went and got the manager who came over to the table and was immediately rude to us. She talked to us with a high amount disrespect and didn't offer any kind of compensation for the meal. I dont know how this woman made it to be manager but she needs to go through some training courses to refresh her coustomer service skills. Over all I will never return to this Dennys again

Friday June 18th 2021 20 minutes prior to closing refused service. If you’re open until 2 AM you should seat tables until 2 AM. If you’re going to stop seating tables at 140 am then the restaurant needs to be closed at 1: 40 AM! The staff at the door was also extremely rude! I will be calling the general manager Monday morning!
