Denny's, Jacksonville TX

This place has great food, wonderful and polite staff, and amazing atmosphere. The waitresses are always smiling and very attentive. Be sure and ask for Emily.

We had a great experience. Shirley and Angel were very accommodating. We were on vacation from Lake Jacksonville and we had our dog with us. A big storm came through a couple days before so the patio was empty of furniture. Angel put a table on the patio just for my family and our dog and we had a dinner on the patio all to ourselves. And it was exceptional service!

The one in Jacksonville TX is lousy, the service is terrible, the waitress with a bad character takes a while. I have an hour and a half to serve the food and they still haven't served me

Showed up at 7: 30 in the morning and all the doors were closed and locked up. Sign out front boasted open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Well apparently not!

Place has always had good food for the most part but the building is always a mess for a long time but now it seems like it is falling apart ceiling is always leaking from the AC vents bathroom is always hot every time I come here. This place is in need of a remodel bad.

The food was good, the wait staff was polite and personable, a guy from the back brought our food out, it was like they really cared! Good job girls!

I wish I could give them more stars! Angel, the manager, and Shirley were so kind and accommodating. We were visiting from out of town and had our dog with us, so we needed somewhere with a patio. A quick phone call told us that their patio furniture had recently been destroyed by a storm, but Angel quickly offered to move a table out on the patio just for us! When we arrived they had a table completely set for us and even included a bowl of water for our dog. Their service was exceptional and came with lovely smiles as well as friendly conversation. 10/10 We could not have asked for a better experience.

I'm posting for my mom who ordered breakfast and it was cold by the time it came out and was terrible on top of that. Then when going to pay using a coupon from a Bullard school fundraising book with this store on it they refused to use saying it was not honored here and a sign was posted stating that but was not seen by my mom.

Ordered steak No A1 steak sauce steak cooked medium rare ordered medium no blood waited long enough to kill a cow and dress it out before getting our food.it's always something at this Dennys it ain't fit to be open,

Food and customer service was great! We orders the choconana pancakes and the slammich, we enjoyed it a lot!

Super clean and the best tasting food I've ever had at a Denny's. I liked that it was not crowded. The staff was very friendly and the 80s music made it feel like home.

Just can't understand why they have a 30 minute wait time at 11 pm on a Saturday night cause only 1 Cook and 1 server. BETTER STAFF YOUR RESTAURANT

The food was really good. I ordered the Lumber Jack Slam and it was really delicious. I also had got cinnamon pancakes and it was honestly really tasty

I have to say the hospitality and genuine concern for the customer at Denny's is very obvious and something I wish more establishment's would have. Thank y'all for the service.

Upon arrival.it was about 10ish.there were maybe 5 or so patrons there.it took 5 minutes or so just to be seated.the coffee was to my liking.but it seems Dennys is always out of flavored creamers as they always advertise.but the waitress was professional and courteous.the food arrives. I ordered the Santa Fe skillet. And I don't know if it's me but the portion seems to have gotten smaller with hardly any of the other veggies aside of the potatoes.

Good is aways perfect, service is good, but the parking lot, patio, and even the interior seriously needs a good clean. They might see an upturn in business if they keep it clean.

Lakisha J was outstanding. We had such great service as usual. Food was good and came out in a timely manner.
