Denny's, Corpus Christi TX

My server was awesome and attentive to all our needs, we were a party of 4 and celebrating a birthday. My server name was Sara.

Good food, good service. Went on a Sunday which was quite busy but we still got our food pretty fast. Our server Sara was very polite and professional. Sara went above and beyond to make our experience well. Rest of the staff was friendly as well.

Horrible experience got the "Oven baked mac & cheese with bbq brisket" and what did I get? Mushy kraft mac & cheese with the most burnt pieces of jerky they dare to call brisket! Would rate 0 stars if Possible.

Tonight my boyfriend and I went to Dennys and the food was so good! Our server Michael gave us the best service, checked in often, offered additions to our order, three refills each, just super great service. Awesome time.

Sara was a very attentive server, she was on point and never had us waiting for anything. Coffee cup was always full, food was perfect, service was outstanding. I'll definitely be back next Thanksgiving.

My server’s name was Ian, and they were very nice and very attentive! The steak, fries, and fruit were very good; The fruit was fresh, and the steak and fries were cooked perfectly.

After a 2-hour wait and inedible food at Cracker Barrel (covered in a seperate review), we came to Denny's since we'd always gotten great food and service in the past. Tonight was no exception. Angel got us seated and got us our drinks immediately and our hot delicious food came out soon after. Millie greeted us and checked up on us from time to time to make sure we were okay. TOTALLY rescued our evening! Millie has been taking care of customers for a long while here making sure things run right and Angel was just amazing!

My experience at this establishment was nothing short of a disaster. I can't emphasize enough how excruciatingly slow the service was. I found me and the family waiting an unbearable 2 hours for my food, and to add insult to injury, I still had nothing on my table while we continued to wait while writing this review.

What caught my attention, or rather, lack thereof, was the apparent absence of motivation among the employees. Instead of diligently working to expedite orders, they seemed content to just hang out behind the counter, oblivious to the frustrated customers eagerly awaiting their meals.

This leisurely attitude resulted in a domino effect – I witnessed numerous patrons growing increasingly agitated, ultimately reaching their breaking point and abandoning ship. It's disheartening to see people get up and walk out due to the inefficiency and apathy displayed by the staff.

I expected a basic level of competence and a sense of urgency from a service-oriented establishment. Unfortunately, my experience here fell drastically short of those expectations. The management needs to address these issues promptly if they wish to retain any semblance of customer satisfaction.

Delilah Garcia was our server in Corpus Christi. We were there for Veterans Day and they were PACKED but when we were seated she took GREAT care of us. Came by several times to check on us even though she was super busy. Food was hot, coffee was kept filled and she was very nice and hospitable for having her hands so full!

Great dining experience here! Our server Jan was definitely the best! She Made sure our order was put in and came out quick, hot and correctly! The manager Michael G is the nicest and coolest person who shows he cares about the customers! Thanks Michael!
