Denny's, Austin TX

It smelled terrible. I decided to stay because they seemed friendly and the place was pretty clean but then I got my salad plate and it was greasy on the bottom. The weather was nice enough to offer to replace it but I was pretty grossed out so I paid for my tea and left.

After leaving a bar or club, I enjoyed my breakfast here. They cooked hot and fresh. All this on my plates and include coffees and orange juice for under 10. The waitress are friendly and the restaurant are clean.

This isnt your typical denny's. They don't take forever. Food is good and service is great as long as you arent there at bar rush

The service was excellent. The scrambled egss with sausage, bacon, and pancakes wss delicious. I also enjoyed my company.

Great classical looking Diner. Large Menu to choose from. Service is prompt and friendly. Meals were delivered in a timely manner. Located just off the I-35. Entrance is a little tricky to spot as the sign is hidden by large trees.

This is a classic Denny, lovely chrome building, excellent indoor decor and furniture. This is also a very popular place, you might find a short wait before being seated

There's good food it's just the place needs more service and a little bit of remodeling the ceiling looks like it's going to fall but after all good service and good workers

This place need a whole crew overhaul from the managers all the way down to the waiters, 40 min sitting in we get no coffee that we ordered no food no nothing, and then they give you attitude when you complain including the manager, horrible service.

Worst service I've ever had at a Denny's. Literally no service, I was ignored the entire time I was there. The rest of my party arrived before I did and was at least able to be served, but they all claimed the service was terrible, too. Nobody left a tip.

Jukebox erupted in flames (I kid you not). Waited 28 minutes to be seated. Exceptionally slow service and mediocre food.

Eat here all the time.most of the staff are amazing.hopefully the new hire catch on.but nevertheless the food is always delicious and fresh!

I was staying at Whydhman Gardens and I ordered online. My order was 45 mins late. My food super cold. Called the manager to at least refund my money because it was custom your own grandslam it looked so bad! SERIOUSLY GUYS DON'T GO THERE! There's another Denny's like 3 miles up the road way better service and the manager LADONNA was so rude. I asked her if she could send another order and she had an attitude with me. I shouldn't be giving them a star. They need another manager.

Ladawna is trash! She made eye contact with me multiple time but never spoke to me then she seated another party before use when I asked her about it she asked how many where in our party and I told her 6 and she said she couldn’t seat us we needed to wait all while she has 8+ tables open definitely giving corporate a call Monday morning

Its a really great place that makes you feel like youre in the 1950s going out at a diner. The food was good but a big problem was the lack of staff. When I went there was only one woman serving, taking orders, and seating people to tables. This Denny's has so much potential.

Remember the breakfast the morning we were in Austin. It was a prelude to the American experience which we were to see in Austin. The place was glittering with that metallic look, almost like a box from the front. Food was sumptuous, large servings and colorful to look at. I must say the service was very good. The person who served was a good artist he drew on the napkin and presented his art to us.

Mia is a fantastic server. Very friendly and personable. I went with my girlfriend this evening. Mia sat us as soon as we walked in and got our drinks to us fast. We ordered shortly after and our food came out ten min later, hot and just as we ordered. We had a great dinner.:)

We went there for Father's day after church. There wasn't many people but our food to longer than expected. We all liked the food, except for my sister that order salmon.

The server we had was super nice, but the service was horrible. Their hostess stand was unorganized, and the food took very long to receive.

The menu has changed for the better. The customer service has improved 100%. I like going to this location.

Best Denny's I've been to and I consider my self a connoisseur. Super friendly staff (one of the guys even helped me clean bird poop off my shirt haha). Beautifully decorated as an old school Denny's with decked out chrome exterior and fifties looking interior with two well stocked claw machines as you enter (the highlight of any Denny's visit). Location is a little hard to get to since if you miss the turn (which is right off the highway). You kinda have to drive around a while to correct it.
