Front desk ladies are nice and helpful. April, the dental assistant was super sweet and calmed my nerves.

Staff was very helpful in filling out paperwork and helping me with questions I didn’t understand. The dentist assistant was very patient and helped me to be calm and not nervous with the dentists. The dentist was very polite and informed me of procedures that I could do to fix my tooth and the best way to get it fixed. Everyone was helpful and nice and maked me feel relaxed. One of the best places to go and get your teeth fix & taken care of your teeth.

This clinic has been my favorite to go to in the San Antonio area. The staff is kind and considerate while getting the job done. I have never been very confident about my smile or the health of my mouth before but I am proud to say that now, I am.

Okay so this place is amazing hands down! Where we was at before was not good at all. I won't name any names. But Roxy, Andrea and Josie was so kind and considerate for my little ones! Especially my little man that is 5. They explained everything to me and printed out what was done today and let me tell you they really loved the dentist today. I would definitely recommend this place! You will not be disappointed. They will tell you the truth about your children's teeth and not what you just want to hear. I was really really pleased!

The dentist is great, but the front desk has been horrible. I have been attempting to make an appointment for months. I don't understand how something so simple became so complicated. I received a text in July that it was time for our appointment. I replied asking if an appointment could be made by text, to which they responded yes and someone would reach out to me.no one ever did. The next time I called, they answered hello like it was a personal phone, I had to ask if I was calling the dentist; we had started to attempt to make the appointment but she wanted to call me back because they had a busy waiting area; I couldn't wait for a call back as I had called during my lunch. I tried again another day, but just wanted to make the appointment already and callback with my insurance and she wouldn't let me make the appointment. I tried again but even after explaining I needed 2 appointments together she made little effort to find a day where that was possible and suggested a day with a large time gap. At that point I was tired of trying, I said no thank you I think I need to find another dentist and she said ok. This woman is either doing too much on her own or just careless. In either case we have had to find a new dentist.

Walking into 'Dental plus' was a nice and welcoming experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and they took me to get treated in just a few quick minutes. For someone with an extremely sensitive mouth, I'd say they're gentle on the teeth and gums. Along with questioning if I am okay during my treatment, and caring about how I'm feeling. Overall review 10/10.

Dentist appointments went very well. My girls and myself had a pleasant visit. My first in quite a while! Come by their office for great service.

Dental plus clinic was very professional and did a great job with my cleaning and was also transparent about everything!

My kids, husband, and I use this dentist and they have consistantly taken good care of us for the past three years. The staff is curtious, friendly, and great with my children. The work that I've had done is fantastic quality and they have always made sure I am as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.
