Maria Rivera is very nice and a good helper this place is awesome and make sure they get the job done

I took my son to the clinic and since we arrived they treat us very well and the girls are very friendly, his treatment is going wonderfully

I've been tryin' to reach out a good dental clinic long Dallas area, until I found out by a radio ad this location at Oak Cliff. The staff was very kind to me since the very beginning and explained to me and clarify all my questions and doubts regarding braces treatment and cleaning as well.
I was very pleased and shall recommend the locations to my family or friends.
Will continue my further appointments after.

If I could vote 0 stars, I would. I’m not even the type to be a Karen but Wow. This was the most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever visited. I honestly felt like I was scammed and that’s disappointing considering I was doing business with professionals. I went in for my wisdom teeth to be extracted. The previous day I was informed that even though I was waiting for my insurance to be changed I was still going to be able to have the procedure performed due to the severity of the swelling and previous dental procedures regarding my teeth. When I arrived the front desk seemed very confused. I arrived 5 minutes early to find the doors locked. They scheduled my appointment at 10, when I arrived the doctor was just arriving. They opened the doors 30 minutes later. When I went in the nurses looked confused. They explained to me that whoever took my call was not even working in the building? Odd. They proceed to tell me nothing can be done unless I pay $150 to have my teeth looked at. I explain I’m on a budget and they offer to look at one of the teeth for $75. I expect something to be said, to see some sort of X-rays. Something, right? Well no. The doctor comes in and tries to tell me I don’t know the difference between sharp and dull pain? Even though I clearly do. He pokes one of my teeth, says 32, and walks out. The entire visit lasted 5 minutes. I was informed nothing. Just given Motrin, even though I was already talking pain medication and it was subsiding the pain anymore. When I was exiting the “Doctor” made a sly comment regarding my mouth saying “I need a lot of work done”. I wasn’t even rude to him or anything which is the even more disappointing part. My teeth aren’t even bad I went for a simple wisdom tooth extraction. I decided to just express my rage here. Please take your family or yourself elsewhere. This place isn’t worth the light of day. All of the nurses are ditzy and the doctor was RUDE. This experience made me cry. Very very unprofessional. Spare your time and money.

I’m not saying they are bad, this is my own experience. My experience today left much to be desired.
10 am appointment for a cleaning. Was my first time there. I know there is a procedure with first time patients (xrays and all) I was charged $150 I asked if the cleaning was included in that price, the answer was YES.
Ok about 30 mins later they proceed to do exams, a little chat with the doctor, and told me what I need (some crowns) Ok, everything is fine. Then they take me to an another room to wait for someone to discuss payments and all. All I was thinking was “and my cleaning? ” It was 11: 40 and still no cleaning done to me. Finally someone came to talk about prices. I agreed Then gave me an appointment for those crowns and cleaning that I need for that procedure. It seemed They were ready to let me go but what about my cleaning? The reason why I went there TODAY. He asked the nurse if they did the cleaning, she said “NO” then proceeded to tell me it was $75 for it. I paid it. I thought I was going to wait more but it was quick. Even the cleaning with the doctor was very quick, lasted about 10 minutes, being generous 15 minutes. Trust me I know the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning. That was so not a regular cleaning. Now, I’ve done this in the past, every 6 months I have never EVER seen anything like this. Communication is very weak.
Took over 2 hours for a “15 min cleaning” some xrays, a brief consultation for something that is not urgent. And out $225.
First and last time.
I truly hope the improve communication among all employees. I still think my original appointment was included in the $150. It is what it is.
Ps. I’m still waiting for my e-receipt since their printer was out of ink.

It's incredible the attention and the quality of the staff, I really thank Ana, for calming my nerves on my visit because I'm not very used to go to the dentist. I will do my braces with them for sure!

It is the first time that my family and I visited this clinic, from the moment we entered we realized that the facilities are very clean, also the staff received us with a smile, a lady in the front Ana gave me all the information I need for me implant treatment at $ 2000! I found something like this nowhere else, thank you very much for everything Dental Republic I recommend you!

I normally never go to the doctor, fortunately they were able to answer every question I had in a very professional and polite way, would definitely recommend it!

I was about to take my braces off and i was there at 3pm and then they called me at 6pm and then we left at 8pm

I got my braces at this clinic and I am very happy with how my teeth turned out! The staff was very nice and the treatment was great. I originally changed to this clinic for the braces but because of how nice this place was it will continue to be the place I go to for my dental health. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a new dental clinic or for starting orthodontic treatment.

Frank provides hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone I have encountered there is very friendly. Laura has been helping me perfect my smile for about a year and she’s been great. She does her job well and is very helpful. Personally, I’ve never had a bad experience in all the years I have been with Dental Republic and I look forward to my appointments because they make me feel at home.
