Great experience with the staff from start to finish. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I even noticed how well they work together as a team - not something I would normally care about, but hearing them communicate and help one another shows they love what they do! Thanks for making going to the dentist enjoyable!

Appointment started at the scheduled time. Was offered room temp or cold water at check-in. Comprehensive exam and cleaning took about an hour.

Been going here for years, great experience every time! Moved farther away but prefer to drive to this location and I end up with happy smile every time!

This is the best possible experience a person can have seeing a dentist! Each woman (all female staff!) was genuinely attentive, caring, and lovely. Dr. Shetty has the most calming, compassionate presence that made me feel at ease and completely taken care of. If you are looking for a new dentist, don't hesitate!

They are the best dental services team in Austin. My son and I have been going to Dental Smiles for over 6 years. The staff are timley, extremely helpful, perform quality work, and are extremely kind. My son actually likes going to the dentist because he is so well taken care of when there.

Dental smiles have met my expectations for what taking care of patients is about. Dr. Shetty is outstanding and compassionate towards her patients, giving them knowledgeable information during your exam. The staff here are very friendly and make you feel comfortable to be there during your visit.

Possible the best experience for myself and my husband. The staff the crew I mean everyone in the building had such a good positive attitude and energy on what they do, they take the time to know you and explain it over and over if need be. Show you the bill and beak down for you. They really care for there patients it shows. Definitely highly recommend!

I just walked out after waiting 2.5 hours. Appointment was scheduled for 1230. Now 3pm and didn’t even get a cleaning. Since insurance only pays for once a year I’m stuck with them this round.

I’ve been going here for years and If I could do more than 5 stars I would! The staff is super friendly and flexible with my hectic schedule. Awesome service all around!

Oh my goodness, I hate to share the fabulous experience you'll get with Dr. Shetty because it can only decrease her availability. But being I am a kind person I am here to recommend her expertise and her staffs ability to make you feel like you are family. Definitely a 5 star doctor and facility!

This was truly the most comprehensive cleaning I've ever had. Gina was great and patiently explained what she was doing step by step to help assuage any confusions I had on the procedure. Dr. Shetty's comprehensive exam checked my jaw, my bite, and just very thorough dental review. Before leaving, I was presented with the proposed treatment plan that included what the estimated insurance coverage and out of pocket fees would include. This was a first for me! I really appreciated having all the fees presented to me before treatment and having it broken down was even more helpful and made it easy to discuss where certain fees were coming from.
