Dental Station Family Dentistry Waco

I can’t recommend this dentist office enough. Very professional, friendly and great at their jobs. They put on a crown for me and were meticulous in making sure the crown fit perfectly (it has). When I had an issue I thought was related to the crown, they squeezed me in on the same day only to discover it was gum inflammation that had nothing to do with their work. Rather than charge me for a full visit, they charged me $20 for the medication that cleared up the gum issue in a couple days. I’ll never go to another dentist. Their service, kindness and commitment to quality is worth having to sit in their waiting room for 10 minutes.

I just started going here a couple of years ago when I was having problems getting a tough cavity fixed. They fixed me up right away! Dr. Winarick and her staff are extremely professional and equally as friendly. When my son had an accident in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, they met me at the office at 7: 30 on a Saturday evening to do x-rays and check him out. And he wasn't even a patient of theirs! I wasn't able to get his children's dentist on the phone. They've really gone above and beyond! Can't recommend this practice enough!

I have been a patient at the Dental Station for several years now actually my whole family has been. I have always had an anxiety issue with dentists, but after seeing Dr. Winarick and her team that all changed. They have always made sure I was taken care of and are so friendly and personable. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Winarick and Dr. Andreason for taking care of me and my family!

Very unprofessional. Showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paper work like they requested, ten minutes after my appointment time with all my papers turned in, they still hadn’t asked for my insurance and called 4 additional people back. Wouldn’t recommend this sorry service to anyone.

After a few terrible experiences with dentists around Waco, a friend, with children, recommend this practice. If you’re in need of a a new dentist, go here! I am super picky about dentistry and I have been going for a year and a half. Happy so far!

I was having a pretty bad toothache in one of my front upper teeth. Dr. Winarick saw me very quickly and recommended that I have a root canal. After a week on antibiotics to get rid of the pain, I came in for the root canal. I was expecting the most painful, unpleasant dental experience ever, since I have a low threshold for pain and am a wimp in dental circumstances. This was one of the BEST dental visits ever! I barely felt the injection to numb the area and the procedure was totally pain free. She even let me borrow sunglasses so the bright lights would not bother my eyes. After the numbness wore off, there was still no pain or discomfort at all. Could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Thanks, Wendy and Brian.
