First of all I love being greeted as soon as I walk in the door with “Hi, Miss Sandy! ” Just had my teeth cleaned this time. Brittany was friendly and engaging, putting my nervous self almost at ease. Best & easiest cleaning ever!

Dr. Macias and her staff are highly professional, friendly and helpful. It’s very kid friendly too. My kids can tune into a show while their having their teeth cleaned and they love it. I’m a new customer and have been for a teeth cleaning, root canal, and some fillings. Dr. Macias and her team are phenomenal, throughout your entire experience they make sure you are comfortable. I have TMJ which makes it hard for me to open my mouth wide without it hurting, and Dr. Macias provides breaks if I have to open my jaw wide and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. With all of my visits, I really liked that they explain every step to you while its happening. I’ve been to a couple of dentists and can honestly say, I’ve never had the experience I get here. They make going to the dentist enjoyable, which is saying a lot!

The experience treating me with Dr Karla Macias has been very good for a long time, she is very professional, she knows what she is doing, always dedicated and very detailed in her work; He takes the time necessary to explain any doubts I may have about the procedure he is going to do. He is also a very warm and affectionate person who inspires me a lot of confidence. The entire team that works with her is very professional, very attentive, good and dedicated as well. The medical equipment they use to work is top-notch and each cubicle feels very clean, new and full of light. I have always felt very comfortable being there and always felt such good attention!
The office in general is very nice, neat and clean and you feel very good from the moment you arrive and are so kindly received, the waiting time is minimal, when I go I have not had to wait even 2 minutes.
I only have positive things to express about Dr. Karla Macias, I apologize for working for her and Dentist Pro. I admire her as a professional and as a human being and I highly recommend her!

What's the deal with the passive aggressive staff that refuses to put you in touch with the dentist. Then she says, " I have to see if the Doctor is a good fit for you". I will determine that as I'm the one paying the bill and who knows better what I need than me? It's a joke that a dentist can never call you back!
