Pricey and Unsettling Experience
My time with Dentists of Riverstone was less than satisfactory due to high prices and an unsettling push towards expensive treatments. The experience left me wanting more transparency and affordability.

I would like to thank the manger Monique Jackson for and awesome experience for my visits. Mostly I like how I felt my service was at this specific office. I would recommend everyone to go get your teeth clean at this location.

This dental office is like no other. The professionalism and warmly welcome entering the door is amazing! Everything was explained to me thoroughly about what I needed to have done so it made me feel at ease and not nervous of the unknown. The staff is awesome and Monique was such a joy to have met. She made sure that I was well taken care of. Simply amazing I have found my new dental home!

The entire team over at DentistsOfRiverstone are fantastic and always very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Walker, Taylor, Peyton and the entire team always go far and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Highly recommend for great and friendly service.

Fantastic service! From Peyton and Monique at the front desk helping with paperwork, to Deja, Taylor, and Teresa in the operating rooms. Also thanks to Dr. Walker. I had a LOT of work i needed to get done and i felt VERY LITTLE if any pain, and was very comfortable the whole time at the office. Theyre fast and very attentive to all your needs. Shout out to Taylor, Peyton, and Dr. Walker better known as the singing dentist. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

The dentists here are somewhat like gym instructors, tell you to eat only salad and white meat, work out everyday, go to bed early, so you will stay healthy, the whole “correctness” package. Most importantly, spend a lot of money and buy a lot of training classes (aka dental treatments).

It's disheartening to share my experience with Dentist of Riverstone; I took my mother for a visit. My visit a couple of weeks ago, left much to be desired. The service was far from satisfactory, characterized by an evident lack of care and professionalism.

From the outset, it was apparent that the dentist's priorities were misplaced; their focus seemed solely centered on monetary gains rather than patient care. What was most disappointing was their disregard for the agreed-upon charges. The bill presented after the treatment was substantially higher than what had been discussed and consented to beforehand. This blatant discrepancy left me feeling deceived and utterly dissatisfied.

Moreover, throughout the procedure, there was a pervasive sense of negligence. The staff's attention to detail was lacking, and it felt like a rushed and impersonal experience. There was a palpable absence of genuine concern for my well-being or comfort during the treatment.

The lack of transparency regarding pricing and the evident profit-driven approach of the clinic deeply marred what should have been a routine dental visit. The overall atmosphere did not exude the care and trust one would expect from a healthcare professional.

I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking dental care. It's crucial to thoroughly vet and inquire about services and charges beforehand to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Unfortunately, my encounter with Dentist of Riverstone fell far below the standards expected in the medical profession.

Such a lovely team at Dentists of Riverstone. They work hard to make a visit to the dentist feel comfortable and enjoyable. Shout out in particular to Taylor - thoughtful, diligent, kind, and funny! She’s a gem.

Refused service. Said they want a dental insurance number. Told them medical is all I have from my job and you should be able to locate it. The one who answered the call said that won't work. It worked with Luxe Dental with the same information. Try them instead. I have MetLife which doesn't even issue cards I just learned.

Discovering this dental practice was a true stroke of luck amidst a dental emergency upon my recent move to the area. Dr. Walker, Deja, and Monique went above and beyond to accommodate my urgent situation. They were incredibly welcoming, professional and compassionate. Dr. Walker explained the treatment plan thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable with every step. He was remarkably patient and took the time to answer my myriad of questions, putting to rest any concerns I had. I left feeling valued as a patient and confident in the solution. Without a doubt, this dental office has earned my trust and loyalty for any future dental needs!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr Cao takes his time in explaining, he is very professional. I love going to my Hygienist Teresa. She is amazing.

Every one of the staff were very friendly and personable. Dr Cao, Taylor, and Teresa made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. While explaining procedures/issues they were very clear and answered all my questions well.
Even the receptionist was very nice and helpful!

I highly recommend Dentists of Riverstone thanks to Dr Andy Cao and Taylor and his entire staff - they are awesome. They are extremely professional, kind, and technical and overall respectful. I’ve been coming here for a few years and thoroughly enjoyed everyone. This place is clean, friendly and the “super great! Dr Cao experience and techniques are absolutely amazing. I’m grateful to be a client here especially given I’m terrified of needles and the technique Dr. Cao applies causes me to feel absolutely “ no pain” - none. You have to come here to experience this great feeling.
