Been waiting 3 months to get a street light fixed, they finally came out, and it's not working again

Used the call back feature and had a return call within 5 minutes.
Spoke with Kelly W to set up service. Kelly was very helpful and friendly.

I was really super satisfied with the representative I was on the phone with. I think her name was Jamie but she was super nice, made it really easy to set up my utilities. I love how all the utilities are on one account! The website is super easy to navigate and I just had such a smooth time setting everything up. So excited to live here now!
