Brandon and Leland, I very highly recommend. I had the unfortunate experience of being in a pretty serious hailstorm while visiting family in the area. I called Brandon after he left a card in our door. Brandon and Leland were so helpful. I got a claim number from my insurance agent back home and Brandon and Leland took it from there. The process was painless and seamless. The work is beautiful and my car looks better than it did when I left South Dakota with it. Brandon and Leland were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, flexible and accommodating. I am so appreciative of their help. I have never left a review for anything in the past; however, Brandon and Leland went above and beyond for me and I am so appreciative. Definitely 5+ stars and very highly recommended.

I recently had my car repaired at Dent-Picks after a hail storm, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and the level of customer service I received.
Brandon and Dalton were my contacts and they were both incredibly helpful and courteous. They explained the repair process, answered all my questions, kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and made sure that I was happy with the results when the returned my car to me.
The work on my car was surperb; I can't even tell that it had any hail damage.

Wonderful experience with Dentpicks! Eimantas was my sales rep his professionalism was top notch. He makes you feel like you are apart of the family. He walks you through the process and gives you constant updates not letting you feel left out or wondering what is the status of your vehicle. In my recent experience with Dentpicks I would have to say i am extremely pleased with the EXCELLENT SERVICE I received. This team were truly professional from beginning to end. The employees who helped me were Dalton and Brandon. They dropped off the rental ON TIME as promised. They communicated with me every step of the way so i knew my status at all times. They even came by on the weekend when the battery died on the rental car and fixed it. If you have hail damage i would HIGHLY RECOMMED DENTPICKS! I recently had the misfortune of my car being damaged by a major hail storm. It left my car covered in dents and I was worried about the repair process. Fortunately, I was approached by Rocco from Dentpicks for the repair work. From start to finish they made the whole process incredibly easy.

Rocco helped me file my insurance claim and worked directly with my insurance provider to get approval for the repairs. He also assisted me in securing a rental car so I had transportation during the repair period.

Once my car was in their shop, I was amazed at the work they did. I honestly cannot tell my car was damaged at all. The technicians worked diligently to pop out every single dent and fixed all impacted surfaces. My car looks brand new again.

Best company ever for Hail Repair. They work really fast and they’re very professional. They also help me out with other issues that my car. We are glad to find them we were new to this state and didn’t know anything about the process but Devany Estrada was nice, understanding, and profesional when it came to helping me out with scheduling and keeping me updating on my repairs. They also provided us with a rental so we could function while are car was being work on. This company is great and they go out of their way to help you out and make the experience wonderful.
