I had a deeply infected broken wisdom tooth that has been this way for YEARS. I was terrified to go to dental offices my entire life. Dr. Jang was amazing I was in excruciating pain and he and his staff were very patient and understanding of my fear and my pain. He took his time and cheered me through the entire process. I am so happy that I decided to go here. And all of this on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Pulled all four of my wisdom teeth out in about 45 min, my mouth was numb I didn’t even notice they took them out until they told me I was all done. Great customer service very friendly staff!

It’s been about a week since my last visit for an emergency crown. One of the best emergency dental places I’ve been too in the DFW area! The staff are very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend

I was there with severe tooth pain, I really didn’t know what was causing the Pain. The dentist was extremely rude, had no patience and no empathy. The young lady at the front desk was nice. I could not stand still because of the pain when he was doing the X-ray, he got so frustrated with me that I honestly felt fear! I felt he wasn’t even putting an effort to find out what was causing the pain. I thought it was my wisdom tooth so without hesitation he agreed and wanted to pull it out! It turned out it was a broken tooth and an infection! I’m so glad I didn’t let him pull my wisdom tooth out. Please be kinder and empathetic to your patients!

I called to inquire about the cost of a tooth extraction and implant. My regular dentist requires a very expensive trip to the oral surgeon, so I wanted a second opinion. Within two hours, Dr. Jang and his staff had my questions all answered, my appointment scheduled, had me in the chair, and the procedure completed. I had NO pain whatsoever during the procedure, and minimal pain after. Dr. Jang and his staff took time to go over the next steps in my recovery, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. They contacted me the morning after to make sure I was feeling well, and to make sure I didn't have any problems filling my prescriptions. The price was extremely reasonable, and Dr Jang saved me thousands of dollars! I am so grateful for him! I will be using him for all of my dental emergencies in the future. After seeing how well I have been feeling, I have friends who also asked for Dr. Jang's office contact. I can, without hesitation, recommend him to all of my friends.

The staff and the dr were very nice my made my daughter feel very comfortable they are amazing and I really recommend you to come see them when you have an emergency or you just need a good dentist

Saw me quickly when my regular dentist wouldn't even call me back. They preformed a root canal on an abscessed tooth in an hour. Dr had a great manner and explained everything very well.

Lilly was very helpful on the phone in setting up the appointment last minute when I broke a tooth in half, and when I got there her and Dr Kwon were quick, very helpful, and took care of me more than any dentist I’ve ever been to before. Great work done, doesn’t even look like anything happened.

Dr Quan and Lilly took me in for an emergency appointment right before they were supposed to close. They both stayed 45 minutes late to help me. They were very nice and very professional. The facility is very clean and the whole visit was pleasant. Would recommend

On Sept 8th, I went in for an extraction of a cracked molar that was causing me a lot of pain and tears. I had no insurance and struggled finding a place to go ASAP to get this fixed because I could not wait another day! I found this place and was able to pay an affordable price to get my tooth extracted. I walked in at 3: 00p and walked out at 3: 50p. I've been pain free ever since. Thank you so much!

My 15 yr old needed something done quick and so many places were closed already. I found their phone number, got rite in and my son feels great now! The dr and assistant we saw were just great! My son and I will stay with DentUrgent!

If I could give them 20 stars I would. Dr. Kwon and his assistant saved my behind last night. I started a new job 2 weeks ago and last night I was supposed to leave for a 2.5 week assignment in the middle of nowhere. Sure enough last night is when my molar started to ache. It wasn’t THAT bad but I had a feeling it couldn’t wait 2.5 weeks. So there I am, Sunday night at 8: 05 PM, freaking out. I request an appointment at DentUrgent thinking yea right they close at 9 and it will take 25 minutes to get there. Sure enough they called me and Dr. Kwon was willing to come BACK in after he just got home to look at my tooth. He was warm, friendly, and so was his assistant. X-ray showed a big cavity. He had no hesitation to offer to stay late after closing to fill it for me. I couldn’t believe it. Also, I’m normally a bad/nervous patient. He made me feel calm and gave me plenty of Novocain. I didn’t feel a thing! For such a big/deep cavity he drilled and filled it in like 15 minutes. He said I might be sore when the numbing wears off. As soon as it wore off, the only thing I felt was relief! Not sore or anything! I thanked him and his assistant for saving my behind and I am currently on my work trip without any tooth pain. The price was very reasonable too in my opinion. I will continue to use DentUrgent in the future!

I was hesitant to believe so many positive reviews, but we had an emergency where my toddler knocked her tooth out on a Sunday and I didn’t have much choice. But I’m so happy we went here. Dr. Kwon was gentle and incredibly helpful, as was his assistant. He was a gentleman helping me with my bag when I was trying to hold and comfort a baby.which isn’t dentistry but still appreciated. It took more than one try to splint the tooth because at her age she didn’t understand and wasn’t cooperative, but he saved her tooth. We’ve followed up with our local dentist and she said my daughter looks fantastic. We will wait to make sure the tooth stays healthy. Only time will tell there, but I feel certain the tooth would’ve be gone if we went anywhere else. I’m very grateful we ended up under Dr. Kwon’s care and would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
